nice idea but the execution somehow falls a little short for me...

Agree with others it's a little too short and i would have enjoyed hearing more. Great low end balance. I know of a guy who still uses one of these synths in his productions still and i wouldn't mind owning one.

For KVR's Once Synth Challenge. KVR OSC 158. All sounds made with Cherry Audio's fantastic free plugin: Surrealistic MG-1 Plus.

The original Radioshack MG-1 happens to be the first synthesizer I ever owned, and it's what I first learned synthesis with. I sold it a couple of years ago, which I now somewhat regret. However, the plugin is amazing and it exceeds the original in many ways!
