Technical Difficulties

This was a collaboration with Matt Mangold who played recorder. I played the left hand bass drum of a set of tablas. We interacted with a digital loop of us in real time to give the illusion of more players. It evokes a macabre dance willingly or not of sickened villagers.

Another Collaboration with Matt Mangold and Gerald Menke. We used distorted guitar, clarinet reed, tablas, tambourine, thumb piano and trombone in tandem with a real time digital loop.

This was a sketch that I had made when I was first learning tabla. I created a digital loop from a sarangi sample and my little sister's parakeet chirping. The guitar was open tuned similar to bouzouki FADACD. It was later fleshed out with "Mohenjo Daro"
