1. The strongest thing you can do is ask for help. We think asking for help is a weakness, but it takes a lot to muster up the courage to ask others to help support you. 
2. Suggested Exercise: Sit with sadness – When you are feeling sad, ask yourself “what are you [sadness] here to teach me?”   
3. Self-love starts with self-acceptance. You must practice being okay with everything about yourself, inside and out; that is how you increase your self-love.
