Within this track, I have expressed a lot of my emotions with melody. This is the first downtempo track I have made and I am really happy with the end results. It has a very chill vibe, a warm melody, and beautiful female vocals. It almost wants to be a tropical house song, but the beat is far from house. It is kind of its own thing. I love experimenting with different genres and eras when making remixes. I purchased a classic blues CD and Simply 50's CD from the store with the intention of just chopping and experimenting with some of the riffs and instrumentals. I found this song was so well recorded/remastered and had so much clarity that it seemed quite easy to incorporate the vocals and loop the instrumentals into a catchy fresh beat that you can jive along to. I am really happy with how it has turned out and hope you all enjoy it too!
