This is the first tape recording from my first resident DJ Job in 1980 at the "Star-Club" in Hamburg. The Quality is not the best, as the tapes were stored 38 years in a box. I discovered them again, and I like to share some early disco mixes with you. Besides it's impossible to mix DISCO Records perfect, there are some good mixes and some are ....;)

This is the special Disco Mixes Channel, with Original Mixes of Disco Music from 1977-1981. You will find Original Tape Recordings and also new Vinyl Mixes with Original Disco Sound.
As I started Doing in 1979 I found some rare tapes of my early days when I was very very young, and I was one of the first MIXING DJ's in Germany in 1979. As many DJ's know, Disco Mixing perfectly is impossible, cause productions were handmade music, with no drum computers. The mixing is therefore not 100%. But for me, it's interesting to hear, my first career steps back in 1979-1980 in my first DJ Jobs. Also there will be new Vinyl Recordings from time to time, which I mix for the biggest German Disco Party once a year in Hamburg.
