We like what’s familiar…we like everything that way              
Familiar food like pizza, & hot dogs              
 We like drinks we know; Coors, Pepsi, Bud or Coke
But the biggest like of all… are those cover songs

	I’m gonna write a cover song, called “Blanket”              
	It’ll sound like every song you’ve heard before
     	Familiar like your home,   You’ll feel comfy and warm
	Gonna write cover song, called “Blanket”
             
I went off to college, suitcase in my hand   
Packed my undies, ripped jeans and some white T’s                            
Never thought of that quilt,   Grandma made for me
Now my only cover is …..a childhood memory

  		We seem to like what we already know,  Familiar is the new old
       		My polyester tune is a patchwork patterned song
 		 Stitched & sewed into one… so you can easily sing along
