As April is taking Amsterdam by surprise with sunny spells and heavy rain, we are longing for our sandy escape on June 17, 2017. 

On this magical Saturday we take over Woodstock, the home to the free spirits and wild flowers on the Bloemendaal beach. Imagine everything and more. With a killer line up we finaly get to introduce Jacob Groening on our stage. We've been obsessing over this artist for a while now. 

His sets consists of surprising tracks that simply blow our minds. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the artists everybody will be talking about. Mark your calendar, block that date. You're coming for a dance with us.

Part 2 of A45's Stray Ep is here. The journey starts with the stunning drum and bass combination of ''Somewhere Into The Distance'', a full ride in the spiritual music of A45. Right after you will find a Musumeci's remix which keeps the original bass pattern but develops things in a more melodic direction adding an infectious sequencer riff and a dramatic break down. The Dub atmospheres and the ''funky'' rhythm of ''Focused Rawly'' keep the music circle open drawing a sonic place suspended in time and space. Music to get lost in meditation.

Soul Button takes the helm once again with ‘Master of my Fate’. Featuring 4 tracks, his latest coup is an exercise in the beauty of dissonance. 
‘Master of my Fate’ is a haunting track bound to polarize. Detuned to breaking point, a resonant pad sets the scene for a mesmerizing vocal that intertwines with the synths to create an eerie layer of ethereal melancholia. A tom-ridden groove and impatient cymbals provide the groundwork for the breathtaking soundscapes unfolding above.
A compact kick drum introduces the listener to ‘Secret Sense’. Percussive resonant stabs and pads emerge, build, and recede in waves of warmth, finally giving in to an epic lead. ‘Secret Sense’ is a track of ebb and flow, gradually pulling the listener in and out as the highs and lows play an enticing game of hide and seek.
‘Illumine’ returns to blissful dissonance. Detuned keys are at the center of this heart wrenching track, while a smattering of rides seems to merge with an array of glittering synthesizers. ‘Illumine’ hits the listener in the soul and is reminiscent of beauty in the darkest of places.
‘Paramour’ is the groover of the pack. A rapid beat of nuanced tambourines, congas and percussives unfolds gradually, accompanied by an emotive and slowly evolving pad. Bells, guitars and horns enter the fray to create an ethnic soundscape drawing on a wealth of musical heritage in limbo between east and west.
With ‘Master of my Fate’, Soul Button demonstrates that he’s not afraid to push his artistic boundaries and take his signature style to new and unexpected places.

London based producer Alex Zed is back with a killer EP on 8day! Alex's musical style reflects his experience and eclectic influences, to create a new unique sound.

Alessandro Lombardo aka Alex Zed has been a part of electronic music and club culture for over 15 years. Alex benefited from his parents vast eclectic record collection and so started from a very young age. Uniquely accomplished in both influence and scope, he has excelled in every one of his incubations: DJ, label owner and producer.

At the age of 18 he started playing at local parties of his hometown. Originally hailing from Sicily, Alex soon found the club scene of London irresistible, and so relocated at the age 25 to try his hand behind the decks of Mass club in Brixton. He has shared the decks with such techno luminaries as Mauro Picotto, Dave the Drummer and Chris Liberator. Soon he started organizing his own weekly events in underground venues and warehouses in East London.

International music entrepreneurs have noticed his mixing skills and Alex was invited to play at the finest clubs including The City, Cancun – Transit, Philadelphia – The Vagabond, Miami as well as numerous venues across Europe. He has since enjoyed immense success, blowing up dancefloors across the globe (especially in UK) to sold-out-crowds. Alex is also a prolific and respected producer,having released several EPs in "Authenticbit" such as 8Joyz ,Sweet Vibration and others.

Recently, his dream of creating his own music label have come true. Inside Out Records is a new label established in London,UK that meets great success from the beginning. He is collaborating with important names of the field in remixes and EPs that will soon be released.

There's magic in working with friends. To create something together. To combine forces. Energy. We've experienced this again with working with this incredible soul, our friend, our inspiration; Akasha.

On April 7 we created The Gardens of Babylon at WesterUnie and we invited Paul to guide The Room of Exploration. This room is filled with slow house tunes, masseurs, a fire place and more. It offers you to process the night, to go deeper into your experience, to enjoy what is happening around you.

Paul took us on a journey through all our emotions. Today we released his 100bpm or less set and we are over the moon. What an incredible piece of art. We're grateful to welcome him again on the 12th of May.
