Nighttime Whispers takes the listener down the all too familiar road of trying to shake bad habits with varying degrees of success. These thoughts are the whispers in the back of your mind that only seem to grow stronger as the night draws nearer and when they overpower your mental fortitude, can put a strain on other aspects of your life and relationships with others. Throughout the hardship, the story of Nighttime Whispers aims to reassure the listener that they are, after all, only words.

In between back-to-back national tours with the likes of DICE and The Vanns, The Colliflowers have been hard at work cooking up the next collection of tracks for their committed fanbase all over the country.

Keeping up with their demanding tour schedule has meant that The Colliflowers have had to record mostly while on the road. From WA’s sandy shores with Tone City Records (Sam Ford) to Sonora Studios (Jack Nigro) on NSW’s central coast, different locations have inspired different flavours for each track. One thing is sure to remain the same however, the Byron Bay band have woven elements of their signature high-energy live show in their records to provide punters an experience that’s familiar yet refined. 

With the release of their newest single ‘Devil’s Child’ on March 20th kicking off what’s to be a huge year of releases, there’s plenty for fans of The Collies to be excited about in 2024.
