The Whies was formed in early 2020 during the lockdown by two fellow singer/songwriters Juho Merenheimo and Alex Mikkola (on guitars and vocals). Soon to be joined by A-P Rissanen on drums, Tin Jay Vuori on keyboards and Sampo Savolainen on bass.

The sound of this 5-piece works in a very exciting and electric way.
It’s a handshake between progressive rock n' roll and psychedelic blues mixed with sweet lemon and cherry pop’.
