Michele Urbano was born in the city of Herne on February 27,1982. Since he was
twelve years old he dedicated himself to the listening of electro techno house music, developing a lasting passion for this kind of music and for bands like Kraftwerk, Alan Parsons Project, continuing with Depeche Mode, Chemical Brothers, Daft Punk, Moby and dj producers such as Satoshi Tomiie, Sven Vath, Mandy, Layo & Bushwacka, Mirwais and many other artists belonging to the electro music scene. (In 1987 he moved to Italy and) since 1998 he put into action this passion working as dj (adopting UMIIN as pseudonym) at private parties and in dancing clubs of the Marche and Abruzzo’s Riviera. He also cooperated as DJ with many rock bands, taking part to many concerts, and opening event to bands like Pancreas and Après la Classe. In these latest years he improves electronic sounds by mixing and producing techniques and more heterogeneous experiences that lead him to face different types of music.
