The Brvtalist is pleased to premiere a new track from Hioll. "La Désolation" comes off the forthcoming LP, Velvet Revolution, out October 4th on Havana's Abstraction. This is a killer track off an excellent album purely intended to be used in DJ sets at clubs and raves.  Taking the groove as a flag and adding adjacent elements, the narrative of these cuts makes them intertwine with each other, leading us on a sonic journey similar to a session at any venue. It should also be noted that, like other Hioll works, it aims to send a message of reflection and accurate criticism towards this contemporary era.

Berlin’s Non Reversible returns after a short hiatus to make it a hat trick of solo releases with Soma. After taking some time to focus on his sound, the German artist has crafted an excellent, driving and hypnotic release with the Resolute EP. 

Title track Resolute opens with a hard beat and clanking, twisted percussive elements that drive the rhythm before Disordine ramps up the intensity with its energetic drums and siren like synths. Plurality keeps the intensity going with high octane energy from the opening as Darshan closes out the EP hypnotic, looping tones delivered and break neck speed.

I started to do music in 2021 as a Dj and from 2025 I run my record label - Lost Memory Records in London.  I've been fascinated with techno for a years already - truly believing that music is not just a rhythm, but is a space of mind. I like to combine simple percussion loops with dirty synths. Drums acts on primal instincts for body, while synths create mind trips. In my sets I combine tracks, loops and single shots - to create sound landscape. I like harmony in music as much as contrasts. Minimalistic sounds let enjoy the emptiness, while melodies and loops are surroundings for escaping mind.
