Amelia, David and Joe met while performing in a musical at the Theatre Royal in Norwich, with Joe and David playing guitar and bass respectively in the pit and Amelia performing on stage. Joe and David bonded over a mutual love of groups like Zero 7, Air and Massive Attack, and decided to start a creative project, composing and performing music of a similar downtempo/ ambient genre. Amelia joined soon after and the three all contribute to writing music and lyrics.
