A Woman's Wish

Life is so hectic we never seem to have enough TIME to fit it all in. Only if we had a little bit more of it,(Time) but it's never enough. TIME belongs to no one. It's always on the move it never stays around long enough to fit in. My niece told me everyone has an expiration date on them, maybe that's what the urgency is all about. Then I started to think about TIME, as if it were a beautiful woman I had seen. Then saying to myself I've got to have her, my pursuit of Time began. and I wrote these words.
from the beginning I never felt like I belong
so I never stayed in one place to long
and I couldn't believe I was the only one
so I search everywhere underneath the sun
and low an behold what my eyes would see
there she was one just like me
She controls the rhythm of my heart / the tides of the sea
the time that I'll love / and when I'll cease to be

but then again It maybe to much on your plate
so I'll keep moving on just like my twin
because the pursuit of time it never ends
I'm rushed, hurried  my speed is hastened
cause you don't realize the dilemma I'm facing
I'm restless, eager my impatiens is getting next to me
cause I feel Time is my destiny
