Bash Brotherz are a duo consisting of producer/engineer/emcee Sum Dash and RnB singer turn emcee Scribe the Poet. The duo is from Des Moines Iowa, where they are trying to (along with the many other dope artist from the area) expose the rest of the world to the rich hip hop culture that is embedded in their city and the state. The pair first met on a local hip hop based podcast run by Sum Dash and his partner Numbarz. Scribe and another artist were featured on an episode. Shortly after Scribe approached Dash on recording him for a solo project. The partnership was made, tracks were recorded, ideas floated and even a couple more appearances for Scribe on the podcast. Scribe was also a regular guest on Dash's internet radio show giving B mic roll content as well as being part of the skit recordings that Dash infused into the show. The pair split for a while after Dash quit doing the podcast and  the radio show. They recently in mid 2018 reunited and started hitting the studio on almost a weekly basis. "Duaility: Dreamlands to Nightmares" is the first installment in a ton of music that has been, and is still being recorded by the duo. Plan to hear more music from these two as the work flow does not seem to be slowing down!!!!
