Live It All Again

Going through my old songs I found one I did about my Daughter when she was in school, I guess she would have been 13 or 14 roughly.  I raised my son and Daughter by myself while also being a working muscician.  I picked her up at school one day and she started crying saying her class made a Valentine's present for their Mom's, but her mom wasn't in her life.  I told her that in a way, I was her mom and dad.  Later that night, I came in my room and she had left the gift on my pillow. I explained to her that I would never want to go back and change anything, even if it meant her Mom would have been there.  I told her, that had things been different her and I may not have shared all the closeness we share now, or at least it would not be the exact and unoque closeness we have now.  She hasn't heard this song for many years. I plan on sending it to 
her to remind her how close we always were.
