Hollow

Full Stop aus Freiburg spielen eine Mischung aus Crossover und Alternative Metal. Ob warmes Bier und Schwimmen im Matsch oder schwere Kost wie Homophobie oder Freiheit – mit einer Kombination aus atmosphärischen Klängen und harten, schnellen Riffs gibt Gitarristin Mandy den abwechslungsreichen Texten und eindrucksvollen Gesangspassen von Frontfrau Linda ein starkes Fundament. Der solide Bassteppich von Ritschy gepaart mit dem energiegeladenen Drumset von Heffer spannt einen Rahmen, der überrascht und doch jeden abholt.

Was Full Stop besonders macht? Female Fronted Metal, der sich nicht verstecken muss und aus den altgedienten Klischees ausbricht. Die Songs werden gleichberechtigt geschrieben, wobei alle Bandmitglieder ihre Ideen miteinbringen. Dadurch entsteht ein freier und frischer Mix, der sich schwer in eine Schublade stecken lässt.

Gegründet im Jahr 2021 haben Full Stop sich innerhalb kurzer Zeit ein solides Set aufgebaut, mit welchem sie in Teilen im Rahmen des “Freiburg stimmt ein”-Festivals 2022 debütierten. Mehrere regionale und überregionale Auftritte folgten, unter anderem in Bonn und im Freiburger Prestige-Club Crash.
