This was so helpful in healing my inner child, the tears and love that I felt was unexpected.

I just cried my heart out & still crying 😢 I didn't want my adult me leave my inner child 😢   I felt alone ..I didn't want  to leave her there by herself  . Was like for the first time that I held each other's hand I felt safe ..

i cried the moment i held my hand mylittle me didnt wanna go in the buliding i grew up after my parents divorce.

This is powerful. I had 3 childhood homes as I can remember. the last one always pops up and I get negative  feelings.  I remember not being able to get in when I needed to with no key and no being able to leave when I wanted much like now.

I hugged my little me before i was asked to. I've never realised how lonely my life was till now. I have alot of work to do to heal

I was planning to get to work this Monday morning, but found myself cyring in my office chair. Thank you for this. I just posted on your Insta about my forgetting strategy, but this meditation brought back stuff I forgot.
