It's been three years! This has been one of my more stressful works, not because of the complexity or some sort, but due to the fact that I had never been fully confident about making a remastered version of my old Lucario's Theme. I could had made something, yes, but if it's not going to be that much better or that much different, is there really a point?

Pass three years, and I've finally got some new instruments and samples. Keen on giving these guys a whirl, I did my other battle theme - the Rival one for Sun and Moon. Once that one seemed okay, I jumped right onto this one again (Yes, there's a Work in Progress over three years, through multiple instrument, tempo changes, from Nexus to Kontakt to EastWest). 

I'm...finally happy with it. It's not just the old thing with updated sounds, but this one's a bit slower, more orchestral, portraying another side of battle instead of the sheer intensity of the first. I'm sure some wouldn't like the change; I'm sure some would just prefer the old theme with better sound quality, but after arguing with my perfectionist, inner self for almost three years this is the first time I feel like THIS, this theme right now, is justified enough to be posted and released at last. Finally, the changes are significant enough, I've improved just a bit more, and it's time for my long-term fans to embrace a familiar melody.
