8BIT HEAVEN

Pluggin' away at the Castlevania episode of Retro Beats. Had a crazy idea of mixing both the famicom and NES versions of Castlevania 3 songs together. The two version actually compliment themselves pretty well: famicom has a lot more mid/low fuzz which drowns out the high end a little, however the NES has more emphasis on the high end tones and a warmer, simpler low end bass. Mixing the two together actually sounded good.

Or maybe I'm fucking crazy and it's all awful.

Anyway back at it.

El amigo Epilis en su canal de youtube subió la mezcla del ost original de Castlevania 3 mezclando la pista de la versión de Famicom, Akumajou Densetsu, que tiene un chip de sonido VRC6 que agrega mas canales de sonido. La mezcla esta hecha en estereo y el resultado es hermoso.
 Aqui saque un extracto del tema Mad Forest que es uno de mis favoritos... lo deje cortado para que le de reproducción continua y se escuche perfecto el corte.
