Rain on me

There flows forth water out from God’s house,

Flowing life then prevails.

Lord, do enrich life’s flow within me;
Carry me on in tides of Thy grace.
Flood me with Thee to Thy consummate goal—
Thy built-up dwelling place.

God must indeed measure thoroughly–
Try and appraise to entirely possess;
Deepened the flow of life thus will be.
Lord, make me willing to spare not one,
Measured completely more than before
Till Thou my being increasingly gain;
Till life flows evermore.

For the fulfillment of Thy great plan
We yield our days in the flow to stay,
Solely constricted in our every step;
Min’stry of life then to men convey.
Oh the sweet escort in His supply!
