We’re back for 2024! A special instalment to begin the year, we welcome young gun on the rise @sixten_music

Sixten has hit the ground running in 2024 and definitely shows no signs of stopping.

Coming off the back of his Line Up EP. It’s no stretch to say he has a great grasp on what will make you move & groove.

This one was recorded live, closing after DJ Assault at Glamorama on Boxing Day last year. Do yourself a favour and wrap your ears around this 90 minute masterclass in crowd control.

STÜM is back with a fresh punnet of ravey sound. After a loaded Summer which included closing Beyond The Valley to a hoard of thousands, marquee sets at Lost Paradise and Strawberry Fields, and selling out all three currently announced upcoming solo shows in just 24 hours, STÜM is ready to share his new sonic expressions.

Expressions the producer himself calls “an attempt to transcend the common structures of house and techno where the passage of time is fluid and unpredictable.”

The first single is “Loves Love”. A grippingly chaotic slice of techno, full of rib-rattling bass, zippy pads and gleaming keystrokes. This record is a club jet to well and truly travel someplace else. “Loves Love” starts with a bang and continues as such to the bitter end. A haymaker of sound and a brilliant opener to the ever-evolving sonic world of STÜM.

In his own words:

"I've been really loving Sam Alfred's productions lately and have included one of his unreleased tracks. The way he mixes old-school 90's house and more modern dance music is just so good.

Additionally, included an unreleased track from South Korean artist Mar Vista, who I've recently discovered. He makes super bouncy hard house which is also very clean.

An Australian artist I've started working with a lot more is Ned Bennett. Our two sounds have been working really well together, so I've included two of our unreleased productions in this mix.

The track I’m most excited to play at Lost Sundays is one of my unreleased songs called 'Obsession'. I think it’s a really good mix of euphoric and high-energy dance music, so I hope people like it!" - @mitchwolters
