To give some backstory on this song :

I was working my job a couple months ago, when I heard the original play on the radio. In my head I heard this bass line and melody that would be perfect! I came home later that day and in a couple hours the basics of this song were laid down. After that it was months of perfecting it and now it is here!

I Wont Let You Down

Hi! my name is Darryl van Dijk and I'm a 20 year old DJ and producer from the Netherlands.

Music always helped me to get through tough times. When there was nothing there was music. Listening to dance music always gave me happy feelings, even if there was nothing to be happy about. Growing up I loved Coldplay and when I was about 14 years old I discovered dance music. It was a whole new world of sounds and melody's that spoke to me in a way no music ever did. When I was 17 I decided that I wanted to be a DJ and make people happy with my music the way the music of artists like Zedd and Martin Garrix made me happy. It hasn't been a smooth ride since I started, but I love doing this and can't wait to see where this will go.
