Next Generation Leaders celebrates the achievements of young alumni of the University of Oregon School of Journalism and Communication. In this episode we talk to Jessie Rae Price '18, production assistant at E! Networks and author of Every Day with Jessie Rae, a lifestyle blog.

Jessie Rae Price received her BA in journalism from the SOJC in 2018, focusing on broadcast journalism. She was a producer and reporter for DuckTV, the SOJC's student-managed news and entertainment show, and interned at KOIN-TV in Portland. After graduating she became a producer at iHeart Radio, where she created social media video content for Z100 New York, one of New York's most popular music stations. Today she is a production assistant for E! Networks, a role that involves collaborating with E!'s social media team to create video content that engages the network's 18 million Instagram followers. Jessie Rae is also the founder of the blog Every Day with Jessie Rae, which she uses as a creative outlet and means to inspire young people to find their authentic selves.

#14 Next Generation Leaders: Q&A with Jessie Rae Price

Next Generation Leaders celebrates the achievements of young alumni of the University of Oregon School of Journalism and Communication. In this episode we talk to Chiann Nobrega '19, morning news reporter for KEZI 9 News in Eugene, Oregon. 

in 2019, Chiann Nobrega received her BA in journalism and Public Relations from the University of Oregon; the following year, she received a Master's degree in broadcast and digital journalism with an emphasis on sports communication from Syracuse University. As a UO student, she interned in production roles at Pac-12 Networks, the University of Oregon Athletic Department, and the Oregon Sports Network. In the summer of 2018 she studied abroad at the University of London, where she took classes in sports journalism and politics in the UK. She was also a member of the UO's Warsaw Sports Business Club. As a club member, she directed multimedia for the Warsaw Hoopfest, a day-long, student-run basketball camp for 5th-8th graders held at Matthew Knight Arena that was organized by the club.

#15 Next Generation Leaders: Q&A with Chiann Nobrega

Next Generation Leaders celebrates the achievements of young alumni of the University of Oregon School of Journalism and Communication. In this episode we talk to Bailee Mulder '18, an account executive for bread & Butter, a public relations firm in Nashville, Tennessee.

Bailee Mulder graduated with a BA in journalism in 2018 from the University of Oregon. As a student she was a news reporter and anchor for DuckTV, the SOJC's student-managed live television channel, and was an account executive for Allen Hall Public Relations, a student-run public relations agency. She interned in public relations roles at the FOOD for Lane County food bank and Richmond Public Relations, and was also a news intern for KEZI 9 News. Before joining bread & Butter as an Account Executive she was a public relations coordinator for The Bradford Group, which later merged with The Dalton Agency.
