Healing With Yarn 
Carolyn White, PhD gave an amazing interview about yarn as a healing and meditative medium. Sharing how the natural fibers connect you with the Nature and opens your heart, calms your brain, and relieves stress. How she used it as meditation tool to access states of awareness. One piece of information that was fascinating was working with yarn knitting ones uses both hemisphere’s, logic and the creative.

Mother’s Intuition during pregnancy and childbirth – It can be lifesaving!

 

Guest Dr. Deborah Cahill, who’s had over 30 years of experience as an OBGYN Physician who delivered over 5,000 babies, talks about the important role intuition played with her and her patients during her practice. Martha also speaks candidly about her own experience with intuition during pregnancy, which likely saved her and her unborn child’s life, thanks to her Physician (Dr. Debbie) valuing and responding to Martha’s intuition. Also hear why it is more important now than ever, with rising infant and maternal mortality rates, for both Patients and Physicians to value intuition as a guide for best possible outcomes.
