Healing With Yarn 
Carolyn White, PhD gave an amazing interview about yarn as a healing and meditative medium. Sharing how the natural fibers connect you with the Nature and opens your heart, calms your brain, and relieves stress. How she used it as meditation tool to access states of awareness. One piece of information that was fascinating was working with yarn knitting ones uses both hemisphere’s, logic and the creative.
