This track was created with the intention of granting incite to parents and other family members, teachers, and the public at large to the possible inner workings into the minds of children and adults who may not think, experience, or thrive in life in the same learning and/or social constructs, contexts, etc. Some have vastly differently inner workings of the brain and mind, than what we've been trained to view as "normal" or "acceptable." It's time to stop insisting everyone fit into our boxes, of needing to be "social butterflies," demanding/forcing them into social constructs that do not enhance their lives; but, may perhaps "sound retreat" and makes them withdraw. "Withdraw..." because, the construct of the inner workings of these potentially "genius ones" allows some to feel the most "free" and empowered when they are permitted to live in the silent living spaces that "grant access" for them to connect with the recesses of the mind where productive deeper intellectual thoughts that truly "feel like home" for them... reside. If they "feel safe" among you and they become extroverted with you because they trust your energy... feel BLESSED; but, if they don't and aren't talkative, don't want to participate in social constructs... but, find true happiness from the quiet reflective and learning spaces... We created this track to welcome our lives Into The Future year... 2023... Happy New Year! 

It is a space where we can decide how we want to "position our lenses," decide upon how we want to "frame" the "who, what, when, where, how, and why" of our past, present, and future and plan how we will use those to propel us forward, this year... and always! 

Life isn't always a bowl of pitted cherries, a princess fairytale or television movie where everything "works out the way we'd like them to end." Such "hocus pocus mindsets" blinded generations to "the ways" one mogul movie company, most noted for children's movies, whose graphic artists put sexual imaging in EVERY movie... was an "in our faces" slap... intrinsically, subliminally, linking children with sexual images. Is it any wonder, TRULY, WHY pedophilia runs so rampant around the USA and the world... and sexual abuses, assaults, and sexual trafficking runs so rampant in and around the world as well... when television and film industries aren't held accountable for their subliminal programming... or the music industry for using the HZ of 440 which is known to be a cellular de-harmonizing tool? What would happen if all artists, music and audio/visual content creators, took on some accountability for creating a conversion back to 432HZ, rather than the 440HZ de-harmonizer everything was ordered changed to in order to create more discord in the world? We've seen the effects of 440HZ music all around us. (Our ex-fiancee was a cutter who used to "play certain music to psyche myself up to do it..." in her words. Think about it folks, do most people who listen to more harmonizing frequency music go around lashing out at the world, cutting themselves, living in suicidal or homicidal lifestyles or mindsets or tendencies?) 

The easiest way to bring harmony to the world is to stop creating music, television movies, that promote the things we want to see disappear and stop financially and physically supporting industries owned by the elitists who are the only ones truly benefitting from our participation in them.

In the USA, generations have been ignorant/blind/unwilling to admit or see this pattern emerge and to speak up and actively stop it. Instead, we work for and pay these moguls to supply us with the discord, we then demand insurance for medical care(which is nothing more than sick care since most medications "warnings" are an absolute joke and slap in the face to anyone actually awake! How about we stop asking the repetitive question "Why... did my family member, friend, spouse get this disease or that..." when the answers are right in front of us... if we'd do a smidgeon of reading?! How about BEing alert and more mindful of everything in our environment affecting and effecting our bodies and our lives? When we decide to address the SOURCES and hold those people and industries accountable... the perceived need for the medical industry would no longer exist. The "sense of lack" (a large portion of the population believes they live within; mostly because we choose to pay those same elitists to "treat the symptoms" with a mere prescription or temporary bandage, rather than doing the work to peel back, dismantle, arrest, and seriously imprison the 1% for basically what should be considered domestic terrorism...) would dissolve.

Purification

This track was created to illustrate the illusion or delusion of time. Time is a man made fear mongering construct... where there's "never enough time," or time is always deemed to be "running out!" Running out for what? Chasing the illusion that doing, doing, doing to have, have, have what never seems to ever be enough for people... especially in western "colonized" society? So many chase the illusion, they don't acknowledge their levels of entitlement in "buying into" the doing to have ensures they even live until the next day, let alone into elder age, to enjoy what they were dictated they "should, could, and would have..." if only they buy into the grand delusion of making the ten percenters that own everything more material wealth. 

Western society bought into the construct "if we do to have, we can have it all, and retire into a life of luxury... where we are entitled to pay the same prices we paid earlier in our lives for things and services, and we can pay servitude only wages to our lineages pretending to be totally oblivious to the fact we are the reason they have to work multiple jobs in order to "make ends meet." The mindset of a lot of folks is... "We worked hard for what we have and we should be able to sit back and enjoy it, we've earned it, we're retired." Sadly, too many do not see they are simply blind to it being part of the grand delusion by design. The folks who "sold you" that "bill of goods" never gave a rats arse about ensuring the work environments, or the natural environments were or continued to be safe for us and our lineages. Instead we've paid taxes to government agencies who permitted and continue to permit and approve the poisoning of what was once true mother nature led health care into sanctioned only pharmaceutical drugs that freely advertise their toxicity, we feed our kids and ourselves products like cereals, juices, and candy laced with chemicals and petroleum products and cry out "WHY" in angst... despite the evidence being right in front of our faces... if we choose to see it, hear it, not mock, belittle, and bully; but instead, BE KIND to those freely speaking about these truths out of love for you and the planet. Time is running out; but not in acquiring the wealth of the world... but, in seeing how we've been causing our own ailments and painful existences and demise... by believing one should do more, have more... at any cost to others, including our own families... to be or feel superior. Time's running out to see it's all simply a huge game and we are all pawns, unless we decide to pack up the game board and refuse to play.

Freedom

This track was inspired by the way society has grown to think squeezing every ounce of vitality and nutritional content out of people, places, and things is "the new norm." It has only "become the norm" because we've failed to see, acknowledge, and put the brakes on seeing the ways the medical industry, psychology, psychiatry, religion, counseling, coaching, mentoring and other societal influencers have "authorized" the over-diagnosing to over-prescribe and over-medicate without the same health testing requirements for the brain... as required for every other organ of the body to determine which areas of the brain are hyper and/or hypo active. Instead, it's "acceptable" to DO HARM by blindly, essentially, tossing a dart at a dart board to diagnosis someone to medicate a patient; however a person with a prescription pad and pen... deems they want. For instance, depression... lots of things can cause depression and/or attention issues from artificial colors in foods, gluten causing brain fog, excessive traumas or losses, etc. Each of those things affects the brain differently; but, the effects are all depression. Now, if you don't scan the brain to find out exactly which part of the brain is affected, which parts are under or over performing/producing... it's like playing roulette with someone's brain and their life. How do I/we know? We were one of many victims of this medical industry practice... and it sent us to weighing 287 pounds, (years ago,) and being essentially brain dead or feeling like a zombie. The medical industry had us prescribed to take a minimum of 28 pills a day, just to get out of bed and "function." Their definition of "functioning," NOT ours, since a lot of days we were nearly bedridden. Turned out, once we were gifted the book Wheat Belly by an aunt, a retired nurse, we began getting back some of our life. We lost 70 pounds just by terminating ONE brain medication during a time we could not exercise because we had the worst severely strained ankle we'd ever had and weren't permitted to take walks for nearly 24 weeks! We hadn't changed our diet, at all, weren't exercising, and simply stopped taking ONE medication. As a result, we systematically began taking ourselves off more and more meds and replaced them or supplemented our health by using essential oils. 

Our advice is not from or as a medical professional... we are NOT one! Always seek your health care professional (s') advice BEFORE you adjust your diet or medications!!! We advise seeking a whole wellness doctor who uses or focuses more on nutrition and what are commonly referred to as "alternative medicines" despite the alternative medicines are actually what pharmaceuticals are. Natural, herbs and plant-based health care tonics are what medicine people of old used; before man decided to corrupt the ingredients, diluting, polluting, and toxifying it... for profit and control over the general populace. It's time we do more reading folks, and less time sitting in front of screens causing the same judgments and division those diagnostic terminologies were created to induce. And my, my... how well they've worked! Be more selective about how much you're willing to let others squeeze out of you, your life... and what ingredients are going to compliment the creative life juices flowing within you. Are you going to be a lemonade made with lemons full of bitter pesticides by those who don't want you to become the most delicious refreshment... or ones who flourished in an organic garden, protected and pollinated by the birds, bees, and other naturally occurring elements and beings who truly want to support you, your wellbeing?

Lushious Lemon

We'd already begun composing and finalized production on this piece, when we drove past a sight that may trigger some; but, we feel gave us a message of the tenderness of life; and how quickly it can be gone. It perfectly suits the reason we created this song... to help those who may need a little Motivation to stop procrastinating. Some fear anything and everything; so, they continue to enroll in class after class, mentoring webinars and zooms, etc. one after another or stacking them simultaneously... not realizing... all of those are often an avoidance pattern from "taking the chance" of simply "putting ourselves 'out there'!" 

The sight we happened to drive past (trigger warning) was that of a deer that was evidently killed when a tree randomly came crashing down, in the mountainous woods along a highway, we drove along. This was very near where we ourselves had a tree that crashed onto the roadway literally four feet in front of our moving vehicle, back in 2014... that we were grateful came down exactly when it did... causing only around $8,000 worth of damage to our newly purchased vehicle, rather than killing us. People were calling us, back then, to see if we were okay and apologizing; but, we were explaining we were very BLESSED and Divinely protected (again) because a few seconds difference would have led us to have had the same fate... as this deer, who's time on earth had ended. 

Though this sight pierced our soul with such profound sadness; because of the spiritual significance of deer to our family, we knew this was a message we were to share, along with this song... Motivation. All things happen in Divine timing, for those who believe in the concept of Oneness. Not one thing or experience happens that doesn't in some way, shape, or form affect and ultimately effect another... for we are all one energy. It's up to us to BE or have the Motivation to stop BE-lieving we are "less than" or "not enough" or "ill-prepared," etc. We need to stop giving heed to the voices of those who had chosen or continue to choose to "confine their minds and their lives" to the limited 3D, archaic, patriarchal, control-mindset of the who, what, when, where, how, why, and to what extent we can, should, could, or would do things or BE... when we can see and feel the depths of how incorrect those concepts were and how detrimental they have been to our health, our families, our lives, and the lives of everything on this planet... at least they can be clearly seen and felt by those with open minds, hearts, souls, and body interconnectedness and Oneness.

Motivation

Sometimes the longer winter drags on, we can begin to "fall prey" to the isolation, and often desolate weather and surroundings... lacking the warmth of the summer sun and vibrancy of colors. These feelings can even begin to make us question so much in our lives or about ourselves which may cause us to push friends away... whether the friends are old or new. But, if we are lucky and/or Blessed, we'll have friends who try to understand, us as best they are able, with what we tend to share about what is going on deep inside of us (sometimes because we don't understand it all ourselves,) and they may "meet us at the gate..." to stop us from "running." It is then the cold and slight despair of winter's frigidity (and our own rigidness) "begin to thaw" and we can see and welcome new patterns of growth within ourselves, not just Mother Nature. 

We are grateful for the Blessings... those who choose to be patient with us, as we learn to BEcome more patient with ourselves and work at recognizing and breaking negative patterns and behaviors due to past experiences. It's a tedious process; but, one we're finding a measure of peace in knowing we are supported in ways we weren't during the formative years of brain and "appropriate" social skills development. 

Though the events of our upbringing and others taught us to excel in the career world, they have also proven to restrict our ability to truly connect with more than a special few, in aspects of interpersonal relationships for more than say simply "lunching with friends." We look forward to spending greater quantities of time with a few folks, the better understanding we are gaining about ourselves. One of the ways we've been connecting deeper emotionally with Self is through composing and producing our own music. We know this and our previous behavior regarding collaborations has been alienating folks, to say the least. But, sometimes things aren't about you; but, about someone taking a deeper dive within themselves to learn who they are and what they are capable of doing, no... who we are capable of BEing. We appreciate your patience, along this ongoing process, to understand ourselves and others... better. Thank you!

Winter Nights

This track was developed based off a poem written by the same name and the emotiveness evoked from within it. In the semblance of life, there are crackles "spackling" the loveliness of the everyday. 

When we experience things in life, it is always wise to remember all of whom we are, deep within us. When we do this, the easier it is to keep everything else in an appropriate perspective... remembering everyone and everything are simply... energy. We are merely the vessels in which energy is processing through each life cycle in the physical three dimensional world. 

We can get caught up in the man made constructs, verbiage, judgments, etc. and permit them to disrupt the flow of our energy... or we can allow the energy to flow to us, through us, and then... beyond us. We can choose to absorb it, ask it to be returned to the sender, or (as we've chosen to begin as our own practice...) ask it to simply be returned to the earth for transmutation into the growth medium for something lovely, BEautifying, and helpful to the earth and for the potentiality of enrichment for all. We hope you enjoy this piece as much as we enjoyed creating it.

Sniffle Ease

This track was created in reflection of the delicacy of the skin. The skin of humans and other creatures, as well as the "skin" of plants... the differences in consistency, fragility, tonality, etc. 
We'd always found ourselves fascinated at how most folks "rave" about roses... for all sorts of "holiday" arrangements for giving to most of the women in folks lives. But, what consideration is given to those of us who've become allergic to them? One of the reasons we find this to be fascinating is folks want to insist everyone MUST BE: happy, joyful, kind, all love and light, sunshine, rainbows, etc. Yet, though most feel the rose is adored by all and thusly, should be adorned by all... how often we FORGET about the thorns that reside alongside the flower we are trained to love and BElieve all should appreciate. I mean, they're quite expensive and the act of forking out the money for them should be in and of itself a show of our affection, right? We don't BElieve or feel such nonsense. 
In fact, as far back as we can remember, we'd always uttered a soliloquy of appreciation to the lovely contours and colors of the stems and thorns that support the adorned, atop, rose. There's often a seemingly "sensual dance" within both of the typically green and burgundy wine colors that entangle within the stem and thorns. Where does the burgundy come forth... is it part of the rose's color that doesn't feel worthy or have the energy to make it to the rose, before its life is quickly snipped to adorn someone's wrist, hair, or other arrangement bouquet? What if we take this same inquisitive and appreciative approach to the hearts, minds, souls, bodies of others? What if we approach with the delicacy we may harm the individual if we approach too quickly, try to simply "grab and go" with our wants, needs, desired goals for us, for them, etc. Some may bleed a little, some... if the blood or arising emotions too thin or too near the surface (of the skin,) may cause a great deal of bleeding or tear potentially requiring a long time to heal any wound created by our careless or mindless approach. Not everyone has the same amount of padding or thick exterior, despite what we are initially shown or told to perceive or receive. So perhaps, we can opt to stop, look, listen, and appreciate all the subtleties and intricacies of the thorns, the stems, the life events that create the life before us... instead of simply appreciating what we've been trained to think are the most valuable parts of a living BEing. We can BEcome caught up in the simulation, the societal entrainment "game rules," or we can go deeply within to reconnect and listen to the light and dark, the united mind, heart, body, and soul... Oneness of the Self when it comes to the who, what, when, and where we feel safe enough to BE or continue to BE ourselves. Anyone can outwardly say "you are safe." But, it's how we feel that matters. It's whether we are given sacred safe space; but perhaps more so, whether someone is able to equitably BE as vulnerable with us as we are with them that creates the feeling of safety. Some will say that fear is a human mindset construct that should be eliminated. Okay, if that is true, then the supposition of fear being the opposite of love and everything we think, say, and do comes from a place of either love or fear. Therefore, if one is a man made construct, that would mean the other is... as well. This would make fear, love, and hate... and the man made concepts of "to have" "to want" and "to need" simply other "four-letter-words," as cursory as others, considering how the words are all so maligned by society and "limited release-of-information" religions (especially Christianity which "conveniently" let out over 100 tablets/books from the BELoved Bibles because they "didn't suit" man's wish or agenda to control and "have dominion over all 'less than' peoples.") Subsequently, all other "feelings" would be man made constructs from made up letters, randomly arranged in man made words that we could also eliminate and consequently move into a more scientific based claim "We are all energy, everything we see is simply energy. Energy never dies, it simply changes form." Okay, so why then has NO ONE proposed that ALL feelings are man made, fear mongering constructs... used as divisive tactics? PLEASE, think about it before you simply run your entrainment tapes... IF we ELIMINATED the words in our vocabulary so as to have never named "emotions" which have been used to divide us into judging EVERYTHING about ourselves AND one another which creates more fear, and this perceived sense of lack in our daily lives... what would exist? Not fear, not love, not hate, not lack, not hope, not despair, not loneliness, not any one of the emotions, man made judgmental and divisive constructs... all THE THINGS that create the discord we are SEEING, witnessing in the world today. I know, it's a mind blowing, mind freeing concept that we've never heard proposed by anyone, except perhaps those leading a more meditative, monk, shamanism kind of lifestyle. Since we'd been drawn to those lifestyles since our earliest, formative years... long before we should have even known what they were... perhaps simply another reason we've always felt like we didn't belong in this 3D construct. Simply another way to see things from a higher perspective... or judge me to BE insane, right? BElieve whatever you want, and we'll BElieve as we are shown and led to, as well. We'll BE spending more time with those we FEEL safe and comfortable energetically... those with whom we've felt a more equitably shared reciprocity of vulnerability. We invite you to begin a similar practice for yourselves and your own/shared highest vibrational energy and living. BE well.

Heartache Fare Thee Well

This track was created, in part, because we've been more and more drawn to under and inner standing our long time connection with our animal spirit guides... the symbolism and messaging brought by them, our angels, and ancestors over the past few years, as we've opened more to receiving them. We had a very close encounter with a hawk, after making an immensely difficult decision; but, thought we'd create a track and share a bit of information about a more prolifically sought or recognized/"seen" animal totem, the Raven. 
We know lots of folks have a fascination with specifically, the raven, a totem often signifying mystery, divination, an ability to learn quickly, intelligence, inventiveness, resourcefulness, and craftiness which helps one overcome difficulties and find the silver lining. People who see ravens, may see them as symbology... signifying people often come to them because of their knowledge and wisdom. We've often found ourselves in those very shoes; and never truly understood why we used to get in trouble with our birth mother and sister, (even got hit and/or met with such an INTENSE level of seething disdain,) for any positive attention we didn't even want; yet, received since our early youth. 
Over the past few years of meditation practice, we were able to uncover blockages that helped us see, under and inner stand... perhaps our family members saw the draw of folks towards what we ultimately suppressed... empathic abilities and how anyone and everyone seemed to feel and know it... or "the why..." but, me/us. We have begun to understand that just as some are drawn towards it and us, they also fear the unknown and what they do not inner and under stand. We feel the same way and can empathize with all of the judgments our own religion founded on incomplete "truths," fostered in generations of humans. Perhaps it's why we've always felt more "at home" amongst the animals, the non-judgmental creatures of this 3D world.

Raven

This track was created as a reminder there may be a lot of people, places, things, or experiences in life that may come along to attempt to "drag us down..." or that "smell" or lend us to "feeling" like shite; but, we can always choose to simply wipe our arses and walk away from them, rather than roll around in them. Most dogs are smart enough to realize if they cannot eat it, play with it, or snuggle with it... they can simply pee on something and walk away. It's funny; yet not... some humans think "certain folks" should roll around in "pile of doo..." situations and/or don't see themselves while they're do(o)ing it.

This mindset is prevalent even amongst the spiritually gifted... (aka... anyone and everyone who is open to overcoming the entrainment systems that made each of us shut down those gifts innately within us through the exposure to physically and emotionally body and brain altering toxins... whether biologically, neurologically, or chemically sourced. Hint hint, biologically includes alterations and manufacturing of things permitted to be sold as "food" and/or "beverages..." especially within the continental USA.) 

It's time we each take responsibility for our own lives, stop believing others can "read our minds" or owe us anything other than honesty; (especially if we don't have the courage to directly converse about what we want, need, or desire in our lives,)and it's time we "adult" by speaking or emailing with one another healthily, rather than living like "eternal teenie boppers" who think revving car engines or "communicating" through the 80's mixed tapes or songs era behavior is "impressive," past junior high or high school. If we want anything in life, reach out and show vulnerability, otherwise, we haven't learned the ultimate covid lockdown lesson... "time and life are precious." Would you rather reach out and be rejected or... die or have the one you love die... where you then remain "what if" ing yourself for the rest of your life about "what might have been" regarding a possible relationship, or career option, or life you'd always dreamt of living? It's time to continue to roll in doo doo... or... wipe our arses and take the steps towards receiving the people, places, things, and experiences we claim we want in our lives. The same goes for those in marriages with so much discord, both parties cannot interact outside their homes without spreading misery and judgmental behavior; because they remain in relationships out of guilt or fear of "starting over." Stop teaching kids and grandkids to remain in loveless marriages or to endure abuse because you are too lazy or afraid to start anew! Divorces don't HAVE to be filled with animosity, nor greed! People simply grow differently, some not at all... and it leads to growing apart, sometimes. If not now, when? People cannot read minds. Masks off, hearts on sleeves. Be. Bold. Be. True. Be. You.

Predators

This track was not a collaboration. This track was created as a self reminder to never date anyone who is a serial bed hopper, someone who leaves one person to go directly to another. People need time to completely ascertain and process what didn't work about one relationship and what created those feelings deeply within themselves; before they can truly enter a new relationship within a proper and healthy heart, mind, body, soul... fully connected and reunified with the Self... kind of connection. Without taking the time to do so, one cannot fully enter into a new relationship with a truly unified open-hearted, open-minded, and open-soul-full space... it may only and solely be an open-body type of physical attraction. And that is great for those who enjoy those types of relationships or interactions; but, it's never been "our thing." So, we created this track to remind ourselves of the truly unified, "mate-for-life" kind of connection and love with another we've made the mistake of thinking we'd come across a bit perhaps "too conveniently" or "too easily" in the past. 
This track is our reminder that things aren't always what they seem, or maybe the "red flags" shown "early on" upon meeting someone... whether in-person or online... should be given a lot more credence to avoid becoming disillusioned and hurt by our own misperceptions and misconceptions about any person, place, thing, conversations or words said and more importantly... not said. 
This track is our reminder to never date anyone who wants to hide our friendship and/or anything that may develop further. It's our reminder that a relationship based on lies and/or games at the onset would be doomed to end with the same types of lies or games from a person entering your life... as they begin to "scout" for new "prey" or a new "target," their next "bed hopping excursion." It's a self-reminder that people who need to hop from bed-to-bed-to-bed... are people who cannot stand to be alone with themselves, sit in the silent, quiet spaces and venture deeply within to figure out from where their uneasiness resides... was born, and take the steps to process and live into "all the feels..." to begin to fully embrace truly loving the Self, establishing boundaries, and most importantly... honoring and MAINTAINING those boundaries. 
This track is a self-reminder... It's more than okay for people to not understand the who, what, when, where, how, and to what extent we do what we do... or most importantly... why we ARE who we are created to BE. We don't ever have to explain any measure of what's going on within our homes and daily lives with folks who tell us or make us feel like we or our life experiences are or have been too much, too little, or that we are too excess. The fact is... in that space and time... perhaps they simply expect us to settle for less than we deserve. Sometimes, they may try to re-enter our lives; but sometimes... it has to remain... too little, too late, too "waffly." Covid lockdown and separations taught us life is much too short to wait for people to see our value or worth; and, it's more than okay to boundary-it-up when people don't see or acknowledge everything we experience is a mirrored one... we can acknowledge, discuss, and move through these circumstances together or release and let go of people who think everything experienced is merely one-sided and who don't want to discuss things; but, play games as usual.

Particles of The Heart

This track was not a collaboration. This track is a self reminder to observe and discern how people's actions do not match their words, with regard to you or your work's value or worth. Spiritual folks will often use flattery towards getting you to concede to their goals for your life, their goals for you to hire them to "fix, heal, save, and/or rescue you..." via purchasing their products and programs... after love-bombing you and/or your work. They believe everyone must do their spiritual journey the same way they did, on the same timeline they did, and MUST PURSUE the same CLINICAL CODEPENDENCY of THEIR own HERO/MARTYR SYNDROME goals, desired outcome. 

HERO SYNDROME only exists and persists because we fail to acknowledge the influence of the entertainment industry on people and its "grooming of society." Heroes are only perceived as necessary because we fail to see one another as equal humans, no one BEing above or below another. People aren't broken, thusly, they do not need to be fixed, healed, rescued, or saved. It is our connection within and of the Unified Self (heart, mind, body, soul,) that has become misaligned and until we accept and embrace that fundamental realization... we can have all the perceived "heroes" portrayed in films all we want; but, it won't facilitate the foundational thinking change required to BEcome the Unified Self or Oneness. 

When spiritual folks have to resort to manipulation tactics to change the minds and hearts of those they used to or still try to proclaim need to BE these new wave of leaders, guides, mentors, "heroes," etc. in an effort to dictate the "correct path" methodologies, timelines, etc. of BEcoming said "leader..." they fail to see and acknowledge they have and continue to negate the value of the person, the soul entity, the words and messages they share... WHILE they're trying simultaneously to convince them they are someone meant to guide others. Yet, they fail to discern this is in fact what they are doing... to a soul, BEing their authentic Self... as led by what is always supposed to BE an individual's journey to the Unified Self. It's why we incarnated into INDIVIDUAL earthly bodies. We choose to remain true to what the Divine whispers to us, within us... not to the screams, echoes, and 3D mindset goal oriented fallacies who try to drown out the whispers. People who love do not need to use manipulation or shout it from the rooftops. We simply "speak" with the same whispers our angels, guides, ancestors, and the Divine speaks... with us.

Migraine

This track was not a collaboration. There are sometimes accidents or injuries that occur that can take us down for a short time or a long time, depending on how we approach tending their care. Sometimes, previous or perhaps repetitive injuries, or surgeries, to the same areas increase the amount of time it takes for the subsequent injuries to heal. 

This track was created as a reminder to be patient with ourselves and our bodies... and that it is okay to discuss with a dear friend, something stupid we did to cause the injury, like trying to do everything in a rush, by ourselves, (though part of it was an item we'd bought to make a chore easier did not having a proper brake which allowed an object to slip off of another, leading to a "foot crashing" good time. Lol.)

In sharing the vulnerable space of admitting our stupidity, we learned that dear friend was very knowledgeable about stretches and tendon exercises that we could do to aid our rate and the depth of our recovery. Never be afraid to share or trust vulnerable space with someone who has been such a priceless, dependable friend. It was also our reminder to never be afraid to reach out to someone with whom we'd lost touch due to life circumstances "getting in the way," when the history of that friendship was long and always sincere, never singularly advantageous, and we remember the depth of trust and care shared between the two of us... and how they always honored and never disrespected us as a human being or our friendship. Sacred kinships are hard to find and sometimes difficult to keep, when living amidst western ideologies. Some will say they hold the same or similar values and beliefs; but, you sometimes eventually see the basic fundamentals they claimed you shared were grossly exaggerated. So, it can be a truly Divine experience on so many levels... expectedly and unexpectedly, when former, truly heartfelt kinships return. We are Grateful... for the helpful advice, but more so, for the return of the friendship we'd always held... so dearly. Thank you, dear friend, for the advice to help in the healing of our physical "Owie..." but more importantly and heartfelt... for the lovely reconnecting. We hope everyone can find, honor, and keep such a friendship or relationship at least once in your life.

This track was created as our reminder of... and to honor the various types of people, relationships, and types of love there are in the world. Social media platforms have insidiously "formatted" this false representation of friendships by implying all connections are "friendships." In this era; however, the truth is people all too often "friend" request and/or "follow" people simply for the sake of getting to know people to learn which of their products and/or services they might be able to sell or talk someone into purchasing, learn how to best assert themselves into possible business collaborations, and/or even for solicitation of "extra curricular" physical activities. 

The aforementioned behaviors are more than a bit repugnant and repulsive. Instead of calling the BS... "BS..." and walking away from it, giving it none of the attention or "business dealings/acquisitions" sought out by the perpetrators, many would rather pretend to "wonder why" the people in the world are becoming less trusting, more depressed, more anxious, more violent, more suicidal, more homicidal. Perpetrators who either don't realize, want to acknowledge it, or simply don't have the capacity to care about whether it's what they are doing... will blame those who can and do discern these behaviors as the villains in their stories. Instead, independently and/or collectively, they "secretly vow" to never admit their unquenchable thirst for external validation and how they "search out" these social media "pools of prey." So long as their own needs and goals are being met, they're okay with overlooking what's become "common practice," regardless of the feelings of others. 

These individuals delude themselves and one another into thinking "we can't possibly be part of the problem of the discord and distrust in the world, we're 'friends and family'," (increasingly toxifying those two words, by the way.) Instead they "parade around" believing others are simply "too blind, emotional or weak" or already "had trust issues," rather than realizing there are those with heavy discernment spiritual gifts and IT is the reason why they leave the "pools of prey," in order to maintain any measure of sanity and autonomy... choosing a more reclusive or withdrawn lifestyle away from the "acceptable" social media and "business practices" du jours. More people are becoming tired of "being hunted as prey," and finding their inner voice and strength in establishing assertive boundaries, rather than conceding to the predators' insinuations they are or "have become arrogant" or "are living in ego." No, my dears, that has been YOU all along. Its why you see healthy boundaries being reflected back to you... but, you interpret it as ego or arrogance because... those are the states within which YOU had been and clearly continue approaching others within these social platforms to accomplish your mission and goals for YOUR lives. Others are simply refusing your narrative and your "business practices" of toxically redefining "friendships" and "family." Some of us have very healthy friendships and people within our physical lives, who truly embody healthy definitions of friendship and family... so, we can readily identify the toxic and/or "agenda'd ones..." no more, no less.

White Angelica

This track was not a collaboration. This track was created as a reminder to reflect a little deeper at all of our relationships... past and present, and truly contemplate what's in our best interest for our future. 

We can look at relationships like beverages. How do people "'Belly Up' to the bar..." of all we are, so to speak. Are they someone who never reaches out to us, first, who in essence makes us "the administrator" of keeping any sort of relationship at all... alive... or is it a reciprocal type of energy when it comes to reaching out to one another to "stay in touch?" Are they someone who freely offers a reciprocal "emotional access" energy, to allow you to get to know them, just as much as they ask or inquire regarding your life experiences or activities in getting to know you better? 

Sometimes, upon greater analyzation, relationships begin to look like folks feel free to bring their own glasses and straws to "special order" whatever and only the specificities they want in their preferred beverages... aka relationships/friendships, etc. They only want what they want, only when they want it... as far as how bitter, sweet, sour, salty, fruity, and garnished they want the relationship or friendships and when uncomfortable... it's better for them to ice it down, delude it, deny equitable emotional access, etc. They may even expect to watch you clean the glass and straw they brought you to pour your "ingredients" into for them to enjoy... and leave without a trace of evidence of BEing present; because they brought the cold hardware; but, offered nothing for you to remember or savor, except "a fleeting moment in time." 

Some folks don't understand the best part of recipes and/or relationships is the sharing of ingredients we've each learned throughout our lives and life experiences adds that "just a little something extra..." to the dish, or relationship. It's gentle, openness towards "tweaking the recipe" by everyone tasting the beverage or dish or relationship that leads to what's satisfying, healthy, beneficial, and appreciated by both parties... otherwise, it can become something pungent or so distasteful it simply gets tossed out or poured down a drain... glass and straw cleaned and returned with no evidence of anything ever existing within a time and space. This song is our reminder if not everyone is willing to "tweak a bit" towards developing a recipe more view as delicious, for a healthy relationship, perhaps relinquish "the game" of simply being "the administrator" of remaining in touch... to simply remain in touch. It's more than okay to let go of the people, places, and things... we've outgrown. People change and it's a healthy thing... but, it's not healthy to cling onto people, places, or things... simply for the sake of nostalgia. Letting go of the old... simply makes way or creates space for the BEautiful and new.

Belly Up

This track was not a collaboration. This track was composed after processing a trifecta of profound life experiences through Mother Nature, over a period of roughly three weeks. With the first two experiences, it felt nearly absurd and insane to experience such utterly devastating losses of young, innocent lives, back-to-back, requiring the release of deep, guttural cries within our lacking the understanding of why such things must occur in the world. 

The third experience; however, was a miracle... a sight one never expects to actually see or experience, personally, despite reading about these occurrences within books and/or hearing about them within interviews and/or documentaries throughout your life. It is within those "miracle moments" you realize we are not meant to understand or know everything, and how it truly is such a privilege to actually see, hear, smell, taste, touch, feel, experience, learn, and/or to know anything at all... considering the immeasurable vastness of the universe and possible experiences we can have to BE able to draw upon them in the future, for ourselves and for others. This experience was indeed... a much needed, Divinely timed... "Rejuvenation" for the depths of the soul. We thank the universe, The Divine, our Angels, Guides, and Ancestors for the plethora of increments that went into creating this Divinely timed experience for us. We thank you for spending time within this blog and music track to lend yourself to perhaps experiencing a small notion of how we have been feeling about it all.

Rejuvenation

This track was not a collaboration. We created this track, as we continue our own spiritual enlightenment journey, remembering and "deciphering" more about ourselves; and have been "ciphering through" everything we know and don't know about our lineage... "The Legend," if you will. Each of us, has "The Legend" of our family histories... the breadcrumbs we follow in ascertaining the where and "the who" aspects of... "our people," as individuals (The Self,) as individual familial units, and as "a collective people..." The One. When we "deeply dive" into each of these we can truly begin to comprehend ourselves on a most intimate level, and one another, more thoroughly. Only then, have we truly decided to deconstruct the affects and effects of the various and often "nefarious systems..." the people, places, and things... "the influences" that have led us to feel divided... within self and from one another, typically out of an (often subconscious) fear response. It doesn't matter if it's FOMO (Fear Of Missing Out,) or FONE (Fear Of Not Enough, whether it's not having or not BEing... enough.) 
It's only when we begin the journey of seriously deconstructing the aforementioned, one brick or piece at a time, we can begin to create our own "new foundation." We can do so by selecting to only "grant access" to us to the people, places, and things we KNOW from all of our life experiences support our living the most healthy and happy life... those who honor what we as individuals deem OUR definition of what "an abundant life" truly is and how we, the individual, want to fully embody the very soul essence of who we are meant to BE and ARE... at the innermost depths of our core, The Unified Self. 
It is up to each of us to recognize anyone whose energy feels like it is "damaging our chrysalis." The chrysalis is "the protected stage of development" of a butterfly, as many know, though perhaps not in those terms. We are learning and developing, growing throughout our entire lifetime; so, we need to recognize when there are de-harmonizing energies in our midst and remove them or ourselves from them... to ensure we continue to grow into embodying the size, color, the benefit to Mother Earth/Gaia we were birthed... to BE, in the manner and schedule we are called to do so, individually. Recognize those who are and have manipulated OUR processes in any way, and respond as we are called to do... when it comes to letting those entities behind us... and fly. In essence, it's our own life's embodiment of "The Legend of The Butterfly." Thank you for reading our blog and the listen.

In diving into this space, we have been able to reconnect with more of the memories and gifts we had as a child, those "things" and/or experiences that "called us" towards our own spiritual interconnectedness with Mother Earth/Gaia, Father Sun/Sky, animals, gardening... and the universal heartbeat of Oneness. We've experienced profound revelations about how far we "strayed" from whom we were always created to BE. We remembered a few more dreams or desires of things we'd hoped to accomplish... "some day," and began diving into some "rabbit holes," in an effort to find a few more ways to "allow" our "stifled, muffled, and silenced inner child" the opportunity to come out and play. 
As we searched and awaited/await a few more "things" to come into place, for our "plans of play," we began to appreciate how far we've come along our spiritual enlightenment journey... through the combination which spoke to us most in reconnecting and reunifying of our heart, mind, body, and soul... through blending the use of essential oils with our "uniquely, emotively creative" composing, producing, singing, and songwriting stylings. 
We liken our journey to that of carefully "clearing" each part of the chakras. Gently, energetically and spiritually, we've embarked upon "meditatively removing" each piece of our spine, envisioning the nerves compressed for years by spinal spurs and suppressed and repressed emotions being permitted to "hang freely," permitting, encouraging, inviting, and requesting the energy to remember what it felt like as a child... to freely flow... and open to begin to truly allow ourselves the freedom to do so once again. 
We envisioned cradling the nerves in a gentle massage to aid in restoring the flow, as we assigned different "neon colors" to each piece... whether it was the nerves, the blockages, the spinal spurs, the blood vessels, the energy, and/or the vertebrae... being loving and cautious with each piece. We meditatively "gently brushed away" the emotions we've identified and continue to identify within each piece of our heart, mind, body, soul, and chakras. We realized we were doing so as though we're in our childhood family garden where we'd, unknowingly at the time, followed diligently behind our Dad, (as he used a shovel to overturn ground to prepare the season's garden,) with what we now know and can express as taking our old, beat-up, metal colander and metal tablespoon to live into "BEing an archaeologist..." searching for arrowheads, fossils, and such... ever so diligently; yet, tenderly... long before we should have ever known what those things were! I/we digress. As we pictured ourselves completing this meditative journey, "re-placing" each piece of our spine "back into its place," after we'd pictured our gentle "clearing of the debris" our Spirit Guides, Angels, and Ancestral Team "revealed" each piece of our spine, each vertebrae, was in the shape of a heart. This reminds us we are only as strong as the love and tenderness we choose to tend each piece within us, and to keep out the debris of others, as their life influences do not have to stifle the movement, the flow, the love we carry within ourselves. It's up to each of us to determine and retain or return to BEing in charge of the brilliance, the color choices, and the Glow we carry... in adorning our own essences... both internally and externally.

Glow

This track was not a collaboration. We created this Indie Electronic Ambient Dance Fusion track as a way of expressing our gratitude to the Divine Universe/Source for the many ways our life has greatly enhanced over the past two years, after and while continuing to learn about ourself and grow towards the person our seven years old version could thank for granting them their deepest desires in living their best life. We thought the best way was to create this for the Blue Moon, so we could celebrate and bring positive dancing, gazing, and affirming of all we are created to be for this Blue Moon. Somewhere along our life path, we went into our masculine dominant energy... and forgot we could permit our emotionally intelligent female side to come out and play, just as much, if we want. We can choose to surround ourselves with the people, places, things, and career choices we'd always wanted... our "high vibin' tribe." This is our way of dancing away the old masculine stuck-ness and welcoming the softer side of ourselves into full integration. Missed Her

This track was not a collaboration. This track was created as a reminder to Self, at any time in our life, we can choose to see we no longer tolerate the presence of the common grackle, nor those entities who embody their type of energy. In years past, we watched as flocks who lived locally often stole food from other birds and other species, rather than obtaining food via typical havens of foraging on the ground or via wading in shallow waters. They typically have slick-looking, shiny feathers... and some have killed other smaller birds, in their "sleekness." Sound familiar to another species? Indeed.
We can stop excusing the negative, predatory, behavior patterns we see in either species. We do so, by first having the courage to take a step back from placing ourselves within these flocks. We can choose to acknowledge, at any point along our path, we may not truly feel as though we belong nor "should" we continue to be part of "this flock." Perhaps, in fact, we may not even be of the same species; but, we were a "foster" species, class, etc.... "planted" into the flock to simply "survive" our earliest or "formative" life experiences. When we begin to feel something is "a bit off" or "amiss," it's up to us to realize/recognize what species we are. If we are an eagle, we need to recognize the eagle has the pattern of being individually paired with a certain "lifelong love," they aren't flock (or "pack") oriented. They also tend to fly higher than most other species to see a greater, "more expansive view" of the world around and below them. Why then, would we not abide that innate calling... to "ascend?"
Some are created to see, witness, and protect or guide others from harm. Just as the eagle ascends beyond the mundane, humans can do the same. Some may not be eagles; but perhaps... be dragons or contain dragon energy. If these "protective species" of folks witness "energetic vampirism" by those who are and/or have been living/thriving off their sheer ease of manipulating, lying, cheating, and/or thieving/stealing their way through life off the backs of those "energy sources," those considered "less than," well... expect the dragons to come out of their slumber, once that energy is felt in the air. 
Upon waking a dragon energy, those of you "energy vampires" who have been harnessing and abusing the energies and gifts of those you've treated and viewed as "less than" and/or trying to "destiny swap" have been shown warning signs you've awakened the protective dragon energy. They may have flown around and hovered in their charismatic splendor and wonder for all to see how gentle and graceful they can be... despite the majesty of their size. If you fail to see there's a matching danger of "a protective darkness side" to counterbalance the light within the gentle grace aspects of such a creature; and you continue to view the the dragon's "warning flight" as your sign to "correct your course" of destroying "the little ones" as your prey... prepare for the escalation of protective actions. You may receive a "gentle nudge" as the first wing is extended to lovingly surround those you've been abusing. If they, and/or YOU don't heed this step, you're both going to receive a slightly larger nudge as the second wing unfurls and those you've considered "less than" are gathered by one wing, placed upon the dragons back and flown to safety. If they try to move towards you or you energy vampires go after them from within their new location, you will feel the slamming of being flung by the dragons powerful tail. If that doesn't deter you from continuing to prey upon others, you will experience the wrath of being burned from the dragon's fiery breath.

Sage Heart

This track was not a collaboration. This track was our acknowledgment of our resistance to the Divine’s call to “Lead, Follow, or Get out of the Way… Surrender to granting space for your angels, guides, and ancestors to do their assignment and help open your eyes, ears, mind, heart, and soul to embracing ALL of whom you are! Walk through the fear. BE the Tsunami, not simply the gentle flowing wellspring. BE the inferno, not only the gentle smoldering kindling. YOU were created to FULLY EMBODY BEing an ‘Angel of Light’ who can fully discern when to appropriately ‘Wield The Shield,’ ‘The Sword of Darkness,’ and ‘slice through the shit,’ the misguidedness of those ‘Decept-A-Cons’ abusing wealth, exulting their false power, and control over ‘My Children." We are more than certain this conversation is had between the Divine and a LOT, if not ALL folks willing to open our ears, hearts, minds, and souls to truly listen, deeply.
I/we feel what was meant by this messaging was to guide folks back to relearning it’s better to live our own life and afford others to do the same. It’s become so blindingly apparent we don’t even recognize the ways we feel free to judge and entitled to “dictate” how others live their lives. I mean, people think they get to dictate what people’s sleep patterns and therefore “daily readiness” schedules “should be,” as though we’ve absurdly forgotten we don’t all live, eat, and breathe the same work or “optimal functioning” schedules; and we’ve suddenly become obsessed with sharing our disdain towards anyone not “roboticized” by some mundane “societally sanctioned” “schedule of being.” This may seem absurd; but, I/we have actually heard this very judgmental commentary by several people over the past 1-2 years. 
Just because you are too afraid, jealous, or envious to do the inner work to authentically live your best life doesn’t give you the right or “entitlement” to dictate others who feel free have to BE YOU! Instead of focusing on processing through your own self-doubt and limitations, improving yourselves each day, you spend your days, and in some cases your lives, “tracking” aka “stalking” what someone or everyone else is doing, how they’re doing it, etc. mostly so you can pick it apart to hassle, belittle, and/or malign them and their efforts to bring good into the world… or “for simply existing” in some cases. Some of you do it trying to emulate, copy, “embody” or “pretend to BE” these people you claim to not appreciate; yet, there you are stalking them. Some of you even try to cast “spells of dispersion” as you most falsely believe or insinuate “they’ve had an easy life” or that “things come so easily to them, why can’t that be me, my life?” In essence, you are trying to “destiny swap.” However, when your life then “falls to shit,” you fail to take the responsibility for casting this spell that brings you your karmic debt by bringing you your own situations that YOU called forth. YOU “called it forward to you” by wanting that person’s life and lifestyle which YOU failed to realize meant YOU were calling forth into your life ALL of the situations the person you envy had to endure and process through… in order to reach the level of thriving you saw that you wanted and called towards you! “Surprise!” Said the Divine and your own angels, guides, and ancestors! YOU want THEIR life, here come the often extensive array of experiences THEY had to endure and overcome to BE this version of themselves. So… here are YOUR lessons to bring you those lessons for you to also be able to eventually embody THEM. You cannot embody them, without doing the same level of committed work. So, before you ask for someone else’s destiny, you’d better know what they’ve survived on their way to “thrival mode.” Otherwise… you may find “shit’s about to get REAL real for you and you might want to buckle up snowflake!” Live YOUR life and permit others the same indulgence of living their best authentic life.

Sensation

This track was not a collaboration and contains ASMR triggers. This piece was created to acknowledge the number of “karmics on parade” we’ve encountered throughout our lifetime… or the “Karmic Parade Charade,” if you will. Everyone knows “the type…” those who will “masquerade” themselves like they’re a float in a parade, whether dry float or boat, they’ll “adorn themselves” emotionally, spiritually, and/or physically with all of the bright colors, decorations, and lights… to simply try to “win the prize,” offered for each parade they enter. For many, it’s never about the context of the prize or honoring its innately true core value, it’s simply about “chasing something, anything” outside the self… and garnering “the notoriety of the win…” the “fame and fortune,” “the status” du jours they want to have without doing the work of going within to comprehend true happiness and love aren’t found externally, they’re found within oneself.

There are those who “creep the alleys…” the ones who admit they try to find a private or “secret communication line” in their efforts to “stalk down,” and “manipulate” their way towards their perception of “to the top” and/or what they perceive would garner them “the easiest win,” in their sometimes openly admitted “mentally unwell,” status. 

There are those who enter into partnerships and/or relationships with professed “total support” and/or admiration for one another; yet, when one participant truly pursues growing into the best version of themselves, the “ides of jealousy,” envy, and/or disdain enters the heart towards the other at innate gifts for something they had paid exorbitant amounts of money to try to learn/embody and do/did as their professions. Maybe it’s difficult to admit, handle, or process the realization that so much of one’s time, life energy, and/or money was wasted on sanctioned education and systems that kill any innate individuality or individuation. There is difficulty accepting realizations of “the extent of our programming” of how we perhaps weren’t the rebels we thought we were, the “ceiling shatterers” we thought or felt we were at the time; but, we simply were blind to our willingness to “abide the teachings” of “properly and thoroughly” “living” within or “under the rule of thumb” of the patriarchy…. How “they” deemed things “must be done, accomplished, achieved.” 

There are those who mask and/or outright lie about their addictions, medical issues, etc. It’s one thing to not know and/or understand we have certain “character anomalies,” brain health issues, or medical concerns/issues; but, to outright lie about things, while the other party is willing to vulnerably disclose “the good, the bad, and the ugly…” to ensure “a proper fit” for life… It’s parading and masquerading at its worst. The same is true regarding those who lie about what they want, need, or are desiring… simply to be with someone… especially if it’s to intentionally use and/or abuse their kindness in any way. It’s simply unhealthy for everyone, as individuals and as a society, when too many people choose to “prance around” in a Karmic Parade… or play lifelong “Charades.” When the parade is over, any candy tossed has gotten soggy/trampled or has been devoured and is gone, the decorations largely get tossed in the trash, the colors of anything remaining fade over time, and the lights go out… leaving everyone in darkness. What remains are the bones of what supported the float. May the bones that support yours, YOU, not be a charade; but instead… sturdy and true. Though we may succumb to a frustrated “FU,” we prefer to live the majority of our present and future within “the essences of the effuse.”

Karmic Parade

This track was not a collaboration. This track was created on All Hallow's Eve as a reminder we don't have to "trick ourselves" any longer about the ways we continue to strive to "live into" a world with judgmental neurotypical mindsets. 

Just as there are many religious beliefs, spiritual practices, societal cultural differences throughout each country and the greater world, and populations who thrive within them, we can simply choose to find a place and people who truly feel like home. There are communities where neurodivergence is considered part of a spiritual gift, not "a curse" or "mental illness," "deficiency," etc... to be coerced, "corrected," and/or medicated/browbeaten into conformity.  

Instead, there are some spiritual communities who actually welcome those who think, feel, see, and process both the internal and external stimuli of the three plus dimensional worlds coming into and through them differently. 

Some spiritual communities... aka the  truthfully advanced cultures... versus the western world's proclamation and false indoctrination and claims of "superiority," don't continue to insist upon biologically, chemically, neurologically, psychologically "un-aliving" those who present differently abled. We "herald" those who give those willing to BE open, courageous, and strong enough to embrace and live into their full authenticity, expressing... and no longer repressing, suppressing, and denying creative and spiritual gifts to simply make others (who often spout "Just Be Kind;" yet don't even see the ways they don't abide by their own words...) more comfortable. These more advanced cultures actually offer guidance to those differently abled. What a true gift in today's world.

Common Sense

This track was not a collaboration. This track was created as seasonal changes are occurring within the USA, as we've been doing our annual reflection upon the lessons and changes we've experienced within our life, over this past year... or two. 
As the trees, other plants, creatures, and critters continue their metamorphoses, so do we, in our own way, within our human form. Personally, we've experienced and continue to experience immeasurable challenging growth opportunities as we've learned more about how things like under-diagnosed Complex PTSD, undiagnosed autism, creative and spiritual giftedness... and the shaming and blaming daily rituals within our home, society, medical, and religious institutions led us into a lifetime of over 50 years of masking... and how difficult it has been to see it, acknowledge it, and embrace those willing to gently and sometimes... "punch us in the face" with those traits and behaviors that we needed to address as we continue to remove each brick we'd meticulously laid during those 50+ years in order to try to protect ourselves and survive each day. In remembering a psychologist in our mid twenties being shocked we were even alive, back then; and considering everything else that we've experienced since then, we know how much we depended on our angels, guides, and ancestors to lift us off the floor and carry us through a great deal of our life. We'd also like to acknowledge all of those who've taken the time out of their schedules and lives to be our earth angels and guides throughout this gruelingly arduous "unbecoming" process, most especially, this past year. We apologize to each of you we've spoken words and behaviors of harmful heart... and know those are simply words; so, we know the only way to truly convey our gratitude is to implement and emulate the lessons you have all graciously afforded us the opportunity to learn. We honor, too, knowing we need to maintain healthy boundaries and a small, tight, trusted circle... in order to hold sacred space for our now known extended needs to prevent sensory overload from the four aforementioned issues. We honor that we need more self care than we used to acknowledge... which just may be the biggest metamorphoses of all, for us. Most of you don''t know... for decades, we've "put on a smile and a brave face;" but, combat more emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual pain than perhaps the majority of the population. In fact, that psychologist we saw in our mid twenties even stated... "...most people who've been through what you've been through, would either be on drugs, in jail, or dead by this age! How did you turn out so good?" I couldn't answer then; but, now... "But by the grace of the Divine and my angels, guides, and ancestors carrying me most of the way through my life." Seriously, I have felt my angels surrounding me my entire life. If anyone else struggles, I hope you open to welcoming the angels, guides, and ancestors who surround each of you... waiting to do the same, if and when you decide to invite them into your life. BeLoved. Be. Well... these holiday seasons... and beyond. War is never the answer, whether within us or without us... out in the greater world. We can lay our weapons down and let the leaders do any killing themselves, rather than killing and causing pain to one another's family units. If soldiers can stop battling for an hour or a day during the holidays, we can simply refuse to battle wars or kill others... at all. WE. CAN. CHANGE. THE. WORLD.

Metamorphoses

Updated version 01/16/22. This track was created to invite parents to not perpetuate the claim to be able to protect or save our kids from hurtful or harmful things; but, to simply promise to be there to love them through the discomfort, hurt, and pain. We cannot protect our loved ones from life lessons we come to this earthly realm to learn. But, we can love and support one another through the lessons. I/We'd lost a nephew who was more our son at the age of nine years old; and, the pain of the loss of a child never goes away. Even though loved ones who "leave this realm" are out of our sight, we can still feel them as they remain in our heart. We can honor the life of our soul and theirs by remembering them, sharing our stories, keeping and sharing the love and lessons they gave us during their lifetime... alive.

Gentle Baby

Experimental, experiential composer, producer, recording artist, singer/songwriter, and percussion enthusiast. 
  
We create music using a fusion of genres, primarily using Logic Pro X and updated versions, our MIDI Controller Keyboard, as well as live world instruments, (mostly percussion,) often blending musical styles or influences from our world traveling days… whether our singer/songwriter material with lyrics… or our meditative/emotive instrumentals. We also prefer to produce most of our music in 432Hz range frequency, not 440Hz, which is known for disharmonization, (feel free to search "studies of the affects/effects of music/frequencies/sound on cells…" and “dive into” that “rabbit hole” as deeply as you wish, lol.)

Manipulating others and trying to force YOUR goals for THEIR lives upon them is NOT healthy, as evidenced by the way the US sanctioned "education" systems have largely failed to teach facts versus: maligned and fake history, medicine and pharmacology claiming it was or had been anything close to resembling "health care;" sciences in general (especially with regard to neurological, chemical, and biological agents and weaponry under the guise and supposition of war...) while mass farming, the medical and pharmaceutical industries, and protective agencies funded with US taxpayer dollars have used and continue to use those same "findings" or "developments" or "discoveries" and "agents or compounds..." on their own soldiers, their own civilian general populations... and with Covid 19... now, the world's population... as the greatest measure of "controlling the masses." This by increasing judgment against those who've dared and actively chosen to more extensively read and engage in thousands and hundreds of thousands of conversations with everyday folks, as well as those within the aforementioned agencies and entities who've dared to speak the truths about what they've done, learned, and KNOW from within them. These are folks who dare to speak up for what's true and right... despite some of them becoming flagged to be strip-searched every single time they fly, by government agencies and entities who (despite planting the public ideology of them being "conspiracy theorists," rather than the whistle-blowers,) KNOW these people HAVE evidence and continue to travel the world sharing it with those who are open-minded, open-hearted enough to listen to FACTS beyond the brainwashing and limited mindsets of the majority who'd rather "remain asleep" or hold ourselves accountable for our own complacency, complicit-ness, in perpetuating these toxic agendas and behaviors... rather than treating them as the domestic terrorism crimes they are. If these things have persisted, perhaps it's time to listen to why they are still slapping us in the face, rather than burying our heads... believing everything those "in charge" would have us believe. Even Christianity is founded on archaic, patriarchal, control which let out over 100 tablets/books... because it didn't "suit their agenda." It's how generations were conned into building churches and funding their idolic maintenance, when Jesus allegedly said "give up everything and follow me..." (whilst loving a prostitute... oh ye "Christians" who judge "certain occupations...") and attended a Jewish temple. Yet, many of us were conned into worshiping a caucasian Jesus... as if He were born in Bethlehem Pa, rather than in the Middle East! It's time we read more and listen and turn off sanctioned "news" sources and sanctioned only education and resources... and dig a little deeper for truths.
