TeeDee - 'Love Me' 16 bar challenge

This freestyle is to raise awareness during men's health week (14th - 20th June)

As male suicide continues to rise at an alarming rate in the UK, a large proportion of this week is focused on the mental health and well-being of our fellow man.

I wrote this to shed a bit of light on some of the dark times I went through when I was just 15.

Always remember, there's a light at the end of that dark tunnel, you've just got to stay strong and get there!

BADMAN

Here’s a quick verse I recorded for the challenge of LJay's track - ‘Better Days’. I jumped on this to raise some more awareness for Men’s mental health as November is our month to TALK! 

Those that know me personally will know I battled some demons due to depression at a very young age. I don’t suffer much anymore and am now so grateful for life itself and would never put myself or my loved one's in that situation again.

For anyone out there who is struggling please remember to talk and offload your problems to the important people in your life, it does a world of good! 🖤
