Purple Hexagon features ANTITHESIS with this live set he recorded in his home studio, and which contains tracks from his upcoming EP "Aracnofobia" and the previous EP "Neon Demon". Italian artist, Antithesis discovered psytrance in the early 2000s after several years in the metal and alternative scene as a guitarist in different bands. Night time is his connection to the psytrance world, darkness is the perfect habitat for his music: dark melodies, twisted elements, deep bass are the ingredients of my sound. Because of his influences coming from different musical worlds, he has created a rather unique sound with which he wanted to break out of the usual, sometimes too standardized tracks. Over the years he has been part of the roster of Dnoir Records, and is now in Purple Hexagon Records, where he has already released an EP and will soon release a second one.

Mio is the second album from the Psytrance project of Jack Allsopp - Act One. Jack spent 2 years crafting this album, trying to make it an album that you will listen to from start to finish as one piece. He wanted to craft something unique and that did not use the usual psytrance methods of sound design and arrangement and moving away from stylistic norms. Each track was started with a specific concept and context within the album as well as creating the dancefloor energy. Jack streamed the entire album process, inviting all into the process and creating a community around the album - ready to present to the world!

The inspiration to embark on his mixing journey came from many friends who've been seasoned DJs for years. He has immersed himself in the sounds of psytrance and techno for the past 13 years, making music an integral part of his life. With a background of over 17 years of playing the violin, his connection with music runs deep.

What draws Subchamatkar to psytrance is the journey it offers within the music. His playlist includes tracks from favorite artists like Ben Solo Dribble, Filterheads , Radikal Moodz, Zzbing,Jumpstreet, Rugrats, Render, Gabb, Dr.Fractal, The Horrids and many more.
