This song was written after spending a large amount of time with someone who suffered from various mental health disorders. It is really good to talk about problems, because then people who worry can realise there is no problem. You are who you are.

Don't push people away when it gets too hard, bring them closer, talk to them - if that isn't what you want to do, hopefully this kind of music can help you rid the bad thoughts.
