A few years back i came across by chance the album "Snarky Puppy ‎– Family Dinner Volume One". On it was a song called "free your dreams" and I noticed that the chord progression was exactly the same as Roy Ayres - Everybody Loves the Sunshine. I decided to rework the two versions doing a fairly big remix putting the two songs together so as to pay an omage to Roy Ayres amazing Classic. This was the result from those studio sessions.

I was lucky enough to be introduced to this by an English DJ colleague of mine called Gary. To me it's the greatest Soulful House song ever written. It's not really known but it takes me on an incredible spiritual journey. The breakdown in the middle and what it has to say, is as applicable now as at any time, in the 20th and 21st Century.
