Rejected neglected my efforts like I’m one to play
Feel like I’m seen as a nuisance still I’m shifting waves

That dont reflect my life and all its reoccuring themes
I’m politicking till I find my own words I can say
My pen gets even sharper as I’m going through disdain
Should I fill with worry as the time passes away?
Or do I act more weary knowing things can stay the same
I hope the shit I’m going through right now is just a phase

I’m off on an island my goal is keep my mind at ease
I may seem hedonistic but if not myself who can I please
The closest neighbors I see tryna leech a myriad of enemies
And those I need the most seem to be farther than my wildest dreams
But should I feel more worry as I see folk come and go?
And hold a type of grudge on those who take me as a joke
Encountered many orifices of demon people seeking
Tryna take somebody with them misery needs company
Over cam my obstacles my blood was freezing grew anemic
Made decisions that I hated, made decisions that I needed
Still I cant go back, accept the dumb choices I made
Just tryna shine a light to bring me out my darkest days
