Written in 2017, just after I first moved to Los Angeles, this song carries the weight of a dream unfolding—filled with hope, uncertainty, and the quiet determination to make something out of nothing. It was born in a time of transition, when the city’s endless motion mirrored the changes happening within me. Back then, I had no idea what was ahead—the struggles, the lessons, the moments that would test my spirit—but this song always knew.

Through all the highs and lows, the detours and breakthroughs, it never lost its place. It sat patiently, waiting for the right moment, for me to grow into the artist and person I needed to be. Now, years later, after so much life has happened, it finally gets the space it always deserved. Some songs are written in a moment, but they’re meant for the future—and this is one of them.
