This is the background music that plays during Scene A of Spelvin's fourth case, Blinding Light. 

Spelvin Goolie: Private Eyeball was released for Windows 3.x in 1995. 
The game was designed to teach children about the basics of English/grammer. But to make a long story short let's just say this game hasn't aged very well especially in the visual department. But the music is way too good for a contemporary educational game (especially when compared with it's competitors). I'm planning to upload even more tracks from this game in the future. So stay tuned!

Skunny Kart is a ripoff-game from the company Copysoft (http://www.copysoft.com) released in 1993 for MS-DOS computers, based on the game
"Wacky Wheels" by Andy Edwardson, released by Apogee.
It featured "Mode-7"-like graphics similar to Mario Kart on the Super Nintendo. It was great fun to play (dispite the fact they ripped
the engine's sourcecode) and had even more great adlib music.

About the Remix:

Tiger's Tyres, the way it should have been in 1993! :)
That's not true of course, but I hope I was able to do some justice to the original.
I think it's one of the most happy and uplifting game-tunes you could listen to at that time. And maybe still.
It's purely made to make you happy.
Now imagine a nice 3D-render of the Skunnyworld, and you're there.
