You live within the physical body in order to experience this physical reality, to learn from it, to experience the joys, the sadness, the physicality. Your body is slowly aging and developing imbalance. This is because of the limitations, the repressed feelings create imbalance and if an imbalance is held for long enough, it creates a disease. This is the body giving you a message to let go of what you are holding on to. It is time to sit in meditation and to ask yourself, what is it I need to understand? What is it I need to release? Spirit help me in understanding, help me in releasing. 

Focus: The Angels are sending you love to support you in this proccess, to help you feel the energies that will allow you to communicate with your Innate Intelligence. 

Key Teaching: Within your DNA field  is that part of Self that is often called the Innate Intelligence. It is this Intelligence that actually operates the body, this Intelligence that guides the body in its daily processes and that supports you. The Innate Intelligence responds to your human aspect, and so if you are carrying negativity, hatred, your Innate honors you because you are creating an experience for yourself.  And so your Innate starts to work with the physical body, to give you the experience within, of what these images of anger, frustration, do to you in the physical. The physical body is an honoring of your Innate Intelligence to support you in your awakening process. It is part of your Quantum Self. It is time to talk to your Innate Intelligence, to communicate with it, to learn how to do this, so you can say to your Innate, help me understand these lessons in this disease, so that the body does not have to suffer, but feel healthy and strong.

I had the opportunity to sing this song with new folks late at night after a long week of singing. Singing this song as a parting from a new group of people I had never met before and then spent an intensive week with was special.

I had no recorded version of this song with guitar and my new friends willingly jumped in to sing with me on it. We recorded it on my voice notes app with no rehearsal. Enjoy and please sing along with us!!!

Sung by our Twin Cities based comfort choir, The Morning Star Singers.  This song was created for a friend whose daughter was experiencing a life-threatening health crisis following the birth of her first child.  Happily everyone pulled through.  Here's the strange part -- my beloved friend Jack Heckelman used the phrase "unexpected joy" a great deal during his conscious dying process.  I didn't have any recollection of that when I wrote the song.  I think he was dictating that line from the other world....

Loving Kindness is an ancient Buddhist practise that is also known as Metta Bhavana. Compassion and loving kindness helps us heal relationships and move forward. It also allows us to enhance our existing relationships.
In this transmission you will connect with high angelic forces and utilise the crystal and planetary grids to prepare for this process. This prepares the way for the loving kindness process. 

Please note it is important during this process to stay focused on your cycle of breath. Secondly it is important to stay focused on the mantra, “May I be well. May I be happy. This transmission invokes Solar Archangels from the Great central Sun and Elohim to assist in first closing negative openings and portals in your energy fields. Then a light portal is opened first in the Solar Plexus and second in the Third Eye. Both portals are guarded by Solar Archangels to ensure their integrity and connection ot the highest light. Power is generated in the Solar Plexus which in turn supports the Third Eye Portal to allow a positive Star Race to connect with your centre of vision and expanded possibility.
