Today we talk to Caroline Lynch. Caroline has completed all of the 5km parkruns in Ireland, one of only a handful of people to do so. She has also traveled to every junior parkrun in the country with her children. She talks about the great fun she's had on her travels and the friendships that have developed with parkrunners around the country. She also somehow finds time to be a member of the core team at Tralee 5km parkrun, Event Director for Tralee junior parkrun and an Event Support Ambassador for parkrun Ireland!

Progression parkrun is one of only a small handful of parkrun events throughout the world that takes place inside the grounds of a working prison. Set up in 2018, the parkrun has been a real success in offering inmates a ray of light in their weekly routine and has greatly contributed to the physical and mental wellbeing of those who take part.
