That was a cool way to change that line with confusion to illusion.  Small, but gives it a whole knew meaning. Cool.

Cool take in the prompt and a very clever way to use it also.  Really relatable song.  Great chorus and the guitar solo sounds great!

I feel the emotion of this one on a visceral level.  Technically I like the switching between minor and major for verses/choruses.  I hear a bass coming in on the chorus to reinforce that change...

I love your take on the prompt.  I knew it was ripe for interpretation.  The split between your heart and your mind is a philosophical question for the ages. Beautiful instrumental break. Your voice always adds authenticity to your work.

I like this melodic part a lot. I can almost picture just singing it out at the top of their lungs. The lyrics-melody combo feels strong and true.

Inspired by Steve Martin's L.A. Story, I wrote this song about seeking relationship advice from a billboard.  This is the studio version of "Billboard."

~ Believer that music - listening, composing, (for me, singing) brings happiness, wholeness and healing. 
~ Created a band (Six Easy Pieces) in 1997. Played around town through mid 2007. 
~ Things didn't go so hot w/the solo thing, I became a Mama in 2011, had my 2nd in 2015 and my life was taken over by tiny dictators. They're bigger now and slightly less demanding, but not by much. 
~ FF to 2021, I'm determined to write and play again, and starting up a project with the same bros(fun fact: I'm married to the on one the right in the pic up there) so I guess you can say we're gettin' the band back together, man. Well, at least some of us. 🙃
