This is the third single “Farben Am Himmel” from the upcoming new album “Let Love Rumpel (Part 1)” by Kalabrese.

Farben Am Himmel is a solo effort, for the first time Kala sings in german and tells the story of the vinyl nerd and DJ who sits at home alone and orders records to rock the clubs of the world again on the weekend. „Ich sitz in meinem Raum und schaue über die Stadt. Es überschlägt dich die Welle der Sehnsucht, lässt dich dahintreiben, fern von allem“. „I sit in my room and watch above the city. The wave of longing knocks you over, lets you drift away, far from everything“. A song to dream to, to float to and yes, one for the morning hours when the sun rises.

I have been thinking about it a lot and I have decided that DUFFDISCO007 is the last bootleg I am going to press to wax. I do however want to continue re-imagining songs and giving my interpretation of them for you to play and listen to and so i'll be giving the reworks away for free. I have set up a donations page if anyone wanted to help with covering the costs of mastering future tracks as i'd still want the best sound possible as I can't afford to be paying for it all myself.

So keep an eye out for new tracks! donate whatever you feel appropriate, of course you can still download if you can't afford to donate.

Blue skies and late nights, camp fires and cheap delights and whisky drained straight from the jar. In a hammock slung below a sky of dreams and sea of stars lay a pop princess and a hip hop pioneer, arms entwined and eyes locked into each other’s stare they whisper sweet –nothings to each other, “You’re flash” he says “take it slow” she purrs back “and don’t even don’t think about going down under!”
 
A mile or two out to sea, floats what has come to be known as a mega-yacht. Aboard his life like an episode of MTV Cribs but with more parties and less gold-encrusted pool tables. Surrounded by beauties by the bevy and sipping on gin and juice, Duff scans the horizon with his telescope (solid platinum, encrusted with diamonds, built in infa red) and spies young love or a new hope. Smiling to himself he thinks “they look different, younger perhaps at least changed, if not for the better but changed at least which is surely a good thing”. He turns to the girls on the boat, one hand pointing to the shore and the other raising his drink to the sky he shouts “I helped create that”

‘Amor Bailar’ comes off Mison’s next album, one of the big projects on the horizon for Music For Dreams.
