iubenda, a popular European privacy and compliance solutions provider, has teamed up with team.blue. iubenda was founded in Italy in 2011 with the following mission: to assist SMEs with attorney-level solutions to make their websites and applications compliant with privacy regulations so that they can concentrate on their primary business. Financials terms of this acquisition were not disclosed.

iubenda's headquarters are in Milan, Italy, but the company already has a global presence, with a workforce of approximately 100 people representing more than 25 different nationalities. Today, the firm has about 80,000 clients in over 100 countries.

To meet the compliance needs of organizations across multiple languages and legislations on websites and apps, iubenda is offering several integrated solutions. These include solutions for privacy and cookie policies, the EU Cookie Law, Terms and Conditions, GDPR consent recording, and CCPA disclosures, all of which are available at competitive prices and through a multi-national SaaS compliance platform.
