My 3rd attempt at a D&B Mix containing tunes I love.
The 1st was dodgy, the 2nd was dubious, but this 3rd adventure in D&B became something I'm a little proud of. It started with tracks I had left over from the first two, but turned into something I liked.

D&B progressed from Breakbeat. Breakbeat was spawned from the Amen Break.
A mix for my own listening pleasure, but I am reasonably proud to share it.
If a mix includes: I need Your loving, Wishing on a Star, Terrorist, Ready or Not and Micky Finns legendary vinyl weapons, Some Justice & Bad Ass. It surely deserves a little listen :)
(Bad Ass just shouldn't work with that sharp piercing metallic snare, but it does and we love it). 
I'm not a D&B DJ, so apologies for mixing this in a House DJ style.

Update: I submitted this mix on a whim one night without any thought. (Yes, of course I thought my mix was good. In my sheltered, naive bedroom skills environment lol). However, I have spent tonight back in reality listening to the competition, and wow, just wow!  My ears have been astounded with the amount of incredible talent out there.

Decoded Magazine Mix of the Month October Submission – Desmond Haines

I retired from DJing over 25 years ago when my Dad passed away - I thankfully rekindled my love affair with music years later. Nowadays, I simply enjoy creating mixtapes of tunes I love for my own personal enjoyment. 
I obviously share sometimes, but don't expect anyone to have the same taste as me. I keep making mixes as I just love the sound of two tracks coming together, always hoping for that perfect mix,
