This is dedicated to a close friend who relapsed in early 2022. She was an LPN I worked in a treatment facility with. She was the greatest friend you could ask for. RIP Megan O’Leary.

Cannon Jam

I have been a poet my whole life and a musician since thirteen. Apart from singing folk and punk before I got to college, then it was a style called jam, Phish,  the Greatful Dead, moe, string cheese etcetera. In Burlington Vermont it reigns supreme and it requires a lot more jazz and modal training. It is harmonious independent t improvisation and no jam song sounds the same twice. But for poetry it works perfectly. Sonnets one two or three verses split up by musical sections and a refrain then a jam. Now this is of a similar taste but your can’t jam in the studio the same way you can’t play live alone. This Ambrosia 13 from the 2002/2004 Archimedes’ Jones jam band from UVM. But it is not. It falls under the same category of almost jam or parajam, psychedelic rock alternative jazz rock, alternative blues rock. All poems almost no choruses. I wonder where I upload these words. But I have well over a hundred of these new ones from 2021 and 2022 on Spotify, Pandora, Amazon Music, they are selling the ten albums and abs however many singles I needed for I heart radio, but that was making it for me I’ll admit I bought the ten copies the second my virtual manager detected movement on Amazon retail. That was making it. This is cool. I’m on Deezer in France, Saavn wherever, Apple Music google play, YouTube music iTunes and you tube itself. So I’m just riding this wave into the beach. It’s encompassing a million different styles of musical elements combines to poetry, a little like the doors like that though voices are different. I guess I met my friend from North London I think so I got a taste for a British one of these. It’s cool.
