I'm very happy to present to you my first self-produced track. Before you listen to it I kindly want to ask you for your time to tell you something about the story of this song. Inspired by atmospheric music I want to express my feelings through it. Therefore it's a very emotional song about a previous relationship. The chords of the song are inspired by a piano piece the person loves. We had a beautiful time together and everything went well. But from one moment to the next I had the feeling I'd lose control of what we had without knowing the reason for it. That's the middle part after the main theme which starts uncomfortably with a 7th chord but leads to an intense and beautiful melody again. That's reflecting how I felt about it - it was a painful feeling to lose control but I realized that we still had a great time and created unique memories that will last. The vintage style in the postlude indicates that I closed this chapter but will keep it as a lovely memory. This is the short version of the story of this song. I'd love to tell you more about it if you're interested :)

This is my first track and I'd love to get some feedback from you guys to transform my music into heart-rending songs. Please don't be too harsh since I know that I have to work hard on my mixing and sound design skills. But to be honest for me the part of composing melodies is so much more interesting than doing the technical work on it.
