Dru B is a songwriter, rapper and singer, a versatile artist from the East Midlands, who was born and raised in Leicester. Now currently residing in the South West of England in Newquay, Cornwall.

 Growing up through an area surrounded by poverty and violence, he always had a passion for music. From a multi cultural area in Beaumont leys, Leicester, and a diverse and big family, he was surrounded by all genres of music, ranging from soul music to blues, to rnb, to Hip hop, to jungle and garge, to grime and more.
