Featuring a broad selection of artists from 6 different countries, including newcomers and long-established artists, Joshi created an outstanding story of heavy Psytrance music. Consisting of 9 musical pieces that evolved from his circle of friends, it's a representation of his musical journey throughout the years and all around the globe.

About the song :

The love that the universe has for us is limitless and time is only an illusion. This song full of lessons caresses the soul and reminds it of where it comes from.
This song written by Marco Gonzalez was passed on to Mina Shankha during a trip to Mexico by her dear friend Artem, a sound therapist specialized in medicine songs. When she came back to France, Hajna fell under the spell of this song which he offered to record.

About this EP:
Almanecer is a portal, a mystical metaphor for the concept of "Birth of the Soul", an awakening to consciousness through sound harmonies and frequencies on a very special journey. A treasure that will give endless beauty and peace to whoever takes the time to discover it.
In a new collaboration between the creative energies of the great artist @@minashankha, bringing a unique magic with her almost heavenly voice, plus the talented and eclectic producer @hajnafr, prolific creator of big releases for Cosmovision Records and more. Both artists from France with a passion for the sounds of global folklore and electronic music, today they come together again to sculpt a meaningful musical piece full of soul and love for music.
The EP consists of 3 original songs which is enriched with 4 remixes full of musical synchrony that explore the most electronic sounds as well as the ideas most linked to Latin American folklore by figures such as DVNIEL, Manu Ela, Intiche and Atemporal.

Next up is an overdue reunion with a familiar face. After his outstanding contribution to Cocoon Compilation S and his first solo EP on Cocoon Recordings, Raxon is back with a more than equally fascinating sound. The Egyptian-born and now Barcelona-based artist is back on it again, delivering two tracks that will take you on a journey through the depths of robotic soundscapes.

Intricate beats, hypnotic synthesizer melodies, deep bassline grooves, and distinctive EFX sounds create Raxon’s very special signature sound.

Straight drum programming paired with chirping percussions takes us away to embark on a travel through space and time while distinctive claps poke through a futuristic nebula of floating and shifting sequences. The twisted melody of “Robotalia” carries us to a parallel dimension of machine sound and if you listen closely, you can hear the robots’ screwing and sawing. Warping bleeps and mechanical effects complete the robotic feeling. Raxon’s understanding of structures and architectural abilities are reflected through the arrangement, slowly increasing to ecstasy.

“Kryptonite” scores with alien soundscapes. Stuttering vocals are the questions, while futuristic and dramatic chord stabs are the direct answer. A straight, radiant sound appears as an electronic trombone from outer space, offensively supporting the driving bassline. The symbiotic interplay between the euphoric synthesizer hook line and the relentless beat with pushing sharp hi-hats visualize powerful images in one's mind's eye. Suddenly the beat stagnates and results in a morphing break going head over heels developing a start-stop pitch effect that not only builds up tremendous tension but also bears an increased risk of melting your brain. We just love tape delay!

By these magic four lines, arguments and conflict can be defused, and a return to love and belongingness can happen Beautifully brought to this world by the enchanting lead voice of Congolese singer, artist and peace activist, Jean Paul Wabotai, this version of the song has been co-composed by Craig Pruess (who has produced, arranged and recorded it, including his ammbient trumpet playing) and Jean Paul, with the serene and heartfelt backing voice of Kate Marney. Kate left the earthly plane today, in the depths of the night, and we are posting this as a fond and loving memory of a sweet and wise soul. Hearing it now, with that emotion, one can hear the trumpet lines as almost an elegy. Kate, we will miss you, but your spirit (and sweet voice) live on! Love forever xx
