This is a song about internal change in the midst of adversarial circumstances which sometimes take on a downward spiral. It's about finding, maintaining one's strength amongst the tragedies and obstacles life throws at us, and the change and growth we get when we come out the other side, it's about life after death and the family that carry on when we are gone.
