4 Seasons – Magical Moving Meditation... (english below)

...ist eine musikalische Tanzreise durch die vier Jahreszeiten. Dieses Set ist aus einer Kakao Experience und Tanzreise, mit anschließendem Sound Bath entstanden – eine Mischung aus Bewegung, Rhythmus, purem Flow und tiefer Entspannung.

Wir starten direkt im Frühling. Stell dir vor, du bist ein kleiner Samen, der gerade beginnt aufzubrechen, Wurzeln schlägt und langsam wächst. Mit jeder Bewegung lässt du dich von der Musik weitertragen, dehnst dich aus, sprießt in die Höhe und entfaltest dich durch die Jahreszeiten.

Sanft lässt du dich mit ca. 90 BPM vom Frühling wachküssen, drehst im Sommer mit treibenden Trommeln voll auf (125 BPM) und gleitest dann langsam durch den Herbst (ca. 115 BPM), bis du schließlich im Winter (ca. 60 BPM) ganz zur Ruhe kommst. Am Ende integrierst du das Erlebte in einer kurzen Klangmeditation, bei der ich dich mit meinen Crystal Bowls in die Entspannung begleite.

Während der gesamten Reise fließt ein echter Bergbach mit ein, den ich in den bayerischen Bergen, nahe des Tegernsees, aufgenommen habe. Sein sanftes Plätschern erinnert dich daran, dass alles im Leben in Bewegung bleibt – genau wie du in diesem Tanz.

Nimm dir am Anfang einen Moment, um eine Intention zu setzen: Was möchtest du mit auf diese Reise nehmen? Was darf sich entfalten?

Und dann: Schnapp dir eine Tasse richtig schönen Rohkakao, gönn dir diesen magischen Mix und lass dich von den Klängen durch die Jahreszeiten tragen.

4 Seasons – Magical Moving Meditation... 

...is a musical dance journey through the four seasons. This set was born from a cacao experience and dancing journey, followed by a sound bath – a fusion of movement, rhythm, pure flow, and deep relaxation.

We begin in spring. Imagine yourself as a tiny seed, just starting to crack open, taking root, and slowly growing. With each movement, you allow the music to carry you, stretching, rising, and unfolding through the seasons.

Gently, you let spring kiss you awake at around 90 BPM, then turn up the heat in summer with driving drums (125 BPM), before gradually gliding through autumn (around 115 BPM) and finally coming to rest in winter (around 60 BPM). At the end, you integrate your journey with a short sound meditation, where I guide you into deep relaxation with my crystal bowls.

Throughout the entire journey, you’ll be accompanied by the sounds of a real mountain stream, which I recorded in the Bavarian Alps near Tegernsee. Its gentle flow reminds you that everything in life is in motion – just like you in this dance.

Before you begin, take a moment to set an intention: What do you want to bring into this journey? What is ready to unfold?

And then: Grab yourself a cup of delicious raw cacao, dive into this magical mix, and let the sounds carry you through the seasons.

Feel the vibe – yeah

Despite the increased commercialism and popularity of Tulum, the magic does indeed still exist there, especially on the beach.  We certainly felt the energy during our Sol Selectas showcase, and the 5 days that followed, taking in the sunshine and positive vibes  this sacred land provides, to those who stop to be present, and listen.  I hope you will enjoy this 2nd chapter into deep tropical balearic grooves, crafted with relaxation intentions, hoping to cause inner peace and outer smiles. ~ Sabo
