Terry Gou is a Taiwanese tycoon who is the founder and chairman of Foxconn, the world's largest contract manufacturer of electronics, with factories in 12 countries, mostly in mainland China.  He employs over 1.4 million people.

On November 10, 2017, Foxconn became the first high-tech manufacturing plant in Wisconsin.  Foxconn is a 4.0 Industry manufacturing company with corporate office in China and also located in 12 countries globally.

TINN - TEAM Internet-Net Neutrality BROADBAND Initiative for the Underserved User is a 3-year case study powered by Milwaukee Professionals Association LLC to connect residential, commercial and light industrial stakeholders via Broadband.

The All Hands on Deck Initiative is the glue for all Initiatives of MPA LLC.  As the name says, it is a Call for Solidarity.

TINN's target area is southeastern Wisconsin and it covers 6 cities - Mt. Pleasant, Sturtevant, Racine, Kenosha, Somers and Milwaukee.  Out of the six cities, 3 have Wisconsin larger (4 and 5) and the largest city (Milwaukee) population.

TINN's focus is making sure Access, Literacy and Use of Broadband is available.  Foxconn - the largest high-tech 4.0 contract company globally is seen by MPA LLC as a timely and RIGHT fit for influencing the ROI (Return on Investment) for taxpayers as an individual, family, entrepreneur, company, and government services.
