UGGUGUGUGGG OKAY ITS DONE THANK GOD,, this was technically due yesterday but i was given so much work this week it was most definitely impossible to get this done on time so thank god i got an extension till monday,, the song and video took longer to  make than i'd have liked, but i guess it was pretty ambitious to try and finish this entire video in two days,, but uhh i'm really proud of this song,, we had to make a presentation about our identities for this project and i decided to make every aspect of my identity visual and let the lyrics focus on my cultural and racial imposter syndrome which has been playing a really big part in my life right now,, here's a little breakdown of the aspects of my identity shown in the video: at the climax of the song, the dress i'm wearing is heavily influenced by mexican culture,, it's made up of all the colors of the non binary flag,, the sun on my cheek is the sun on the flag of the philippines and the patch over my eye is the lgbt flag,, on my shoulders are more specific flags (the mlm flag and gendervoid flag) of the identities i identify with,, and lastly on in my hair is an asian giant hornet (my favorite insect) because i want to be an entomologist :) i have no specific tie to sewing,, i just thought of the idea of a quilt being made up of different parts of someone's identity and decided to go with that,, but uhh yeah enjoy the song and if i don't get a good grade i'm gonna go ballistic because this took so much longer than i would've liked ❤️

MERRY CHRISTMAS (to all who celebrate)!!! i started writing a song ab the movie x bc i wanted to start a tradition of making a song ab a horror movie every christmas since last year i did carrie, but i was having trouble writing out so here's a song that i've been sitting on for a few months,, i'm still really proud of it even though it's been a little while,, i've come to a conclusion that the song will have two official interpretations (and i'm open to more!!): the original, intended story of the song is that it's about a girl who wants to lose her virginity because she thinks she's missing out, but realizes that what she really wants is a relationship,, the other official interpretation of the song is a girl who's tired of having meaningless sex and wants a real relationship,, the girl's name is "missy bisexual" bc i couldn't think of a last name for her so,,,,,,, yeah everyone say hello to ms missy bisexual,, i realized that i don't think i've ever heard an english vocaloid song about salacious topics so it's a little fun to be the first (i highly doubt i'm the actual first but y'know,,),, anyways here's the last song of the year, happy holidays and enjoy the song :)

i listened to the original again last week and found that this song still really resonates with me,, the meaning for me has changed drastically due to very personal reasons that i won't get into, but the core of the song still remains the same,, i didn't like the first verse so i decided to rewrite it, as well as add some instruments and revamp the tuning and i can absolutely say that i am 10x prouder of this song than i already was,, so yeah, that's all, still working on my album but i used this to try to get over some writer's block so i hope you enjoy it :)
