Mahabhuta: Five Element Practice for  Yoga Nidra or Meditation

12 repetitions of the veda mantra known as Gayatri. This mantra is not for initiation or entertainment. It is to be used to chant along with during auspicious occasions, such as the movement of the Sun. It is best to learn mantra directly with a teacher.
