Thomas Hayden - Never [Future House]

After losing my first SoundCloud account in a copyright battle, I decided to begin again, and revamp my sound entirely.
 As my debut track, The Rise is a track that I began in the summer of 2015. I produced for hours after classes and wrote the melody first. From there, I began layering and arranging it with cool effects and vocal shots, like Riley Curry's (daughter of Steph Curry, Warriors PG) interview comments. The drop vocal is an example of this.  The drums came naturally, as I enjoy percussive elements in my music. After having 6 versions of drops, I decided to take it apart, and created an entirely new drop, which is the one as it stands now. The second break took on an orchestral feel, melding the initial melody with a marching band like stigma.  Mixing and "Shmastering" it took the longest, as I was never fully pleased with the result. The Rise was designed as a mainstage, high energy piece of music with plenty of attack and power in the drop. I encourage everyone to listen to it, whether you love EDM or loathe it, and any criticism is accepted. As my first track on the new channel, I believe it sets a high standard for my forthcoming releases.
