mental health - one more light

When you need some help from those you love who have been there for you too many times supporting you  because a system that is supposed to help you is broken! 

I want them to know that I love them unconditionally and thank them for supporting me through all the tough times even though it’s hard!!

Please Dont give up on me

My lyrics represent my journey over recent years and what I have found whilst navigating the mental health system! 
I wanted to put my anger, frustration and sadness into songs to express myself in the only way i know how!

I was never musical and never thought I would be writing my own songs. However, this journey has changed me. Since having a baby and experiencing perinatal illness was where my journey started and ever since then I have found I that music has helped when everything else has failed! 

It’s a great way of being able to portray my feelings when I can’t say then in words!
